I had an excellent experience with a team. I contacted them to replace tires that had a sidewall puncture, and the process was seamless. They had a mobility team that offered to attend the replacement at the incident site for a fee. After the replacement, I experienced some vibration at highway speeds. When I notified, they offered a complimentary wheel balancing service to resolve the problem. I visited their branch in Khaldiya Mall, and the experience was pleasant. The service advisor provided excellent customer service as well. Definitely would recommend!

Very poor service , took 4 hrs for oil change , no tools available have to wait to bring from mussafah to khalidiyah , no air filter cleaning no brack oil check, no AC filter cleaning ...regret ery low standard and will be shared with all i know to avoid the mistake i made.

Worst service ever I had requested for one tyre and they had confirmed once there i find out that they had ordered two so i told them i take only one as i had ordered so they told me you need to take the two which i don’t need and they simply cancelled my order leaving me without tyre worst service that you can imagine avoid it to the max
