I was traveling and ordered a charger because I lost mine. First day charged really slow, luckily my phone has a big battery so I dont usually fill it and it lasts. But it was charging my watch. Today I wake up phone is 5 percent after leaving it all nice and I find it melted my wire. Horrible and after contacting them they refused a refund without me bringing the charger in even though I left 2 days after buying so there is no way I can return it. A good business would be more flexible to the needs of the customers. Horrible customer service
