1-They will assist you with false info and act the best until the billing.
2-Will not refund or return even if your expectation doesn't meets even if you ask for return on same time of billing.
3-Rude ever customer dealing of staffs.
Recently bought a samsung charger....Executive provided false info that the product will take only 45 minutes to 1 hr for 0-100 charging as it is the recommonded charger for my device and said you can check fast charging after billing.
But after billing other executives confirmed that it will take 2+ hrs to charge....
So asked for return but they said that samsungs outlets have policy that will not return or refund if the product box opened,the crazy thing he said was they will not return the product same time of billing even if the product is not working other than give back for warranty.
They replied to me that "Do what ever you can do,Even if you go for consumer complaint no one can do anything to us as there is no outsider witness other than my friend for the sale closed by giving a false info.
If the box opened and product is not working either you will lose your money or you can give them back for a warranty claim.
believe respective authorities in UAE and a reputed company like Samsung will not promote such behaviour to their customers....Lets see.
I was fortunate to meet Mr. Srijan and Mr. Syed during my visit. Both of them are highly talented, and their customer service was exceptional. As a result, I ended up purchasing a tablet for my son, which I had been wanting to buy for quite some time. I truly enjoyed my experience at the store and will definitely return to purchase the S24 Ultra.
I would like to share my feedback regarding the overall service I received at the Samsung shop in Khālidīyah Mall.i was particularly impressed with the excellent service provided by Altef. He went above and beyond to explain the features of the TV in great details ensuring fully understood its functionalities . It was truly a great experience
Mr Meeran and Mr. Shahid also sajawal was very helpful, funny and very accommodating. They are giving us choices which was better, they are considerate what our needs. Extra ordinary customer service😊
RIP OFF
Don't use this branch at all. I went to galleria mall branch they paid me 1610 AED to trade in my phone I came here the next day they offered me 900 AED. Very rude attitude when I told them what I was offered

They are not real Samsung . They are just resellers.
They charged me 800 AED extra than sharaf dg for Samsung galaxy 24 ultra.
I trusted and bought it.
After one week they reduced their price also.
They are very overpriced. Don’t go there.
We purchased our washing machine and dryer here because they had good prices and we thought that installation and delivery will be better from the brand store than other retailer, however, the after sales services were really bad
1st on the set day for delivery, they kept us waiting until 5pm for them to arrive (when they called at 9am to confirm and we had to follow up at 3pm).
2nd when installing the washing machine they suggested that in the future we should apply an additional sealing to the drainage hose but it was suppose to be ok at the moment and they installed it. They started the testing but the moment they saw the machine washing they stopped the test and left without further checks
Next day when we try the machine, water start coming out from the hose connecting to the drainage as there was a leak. When we called to ask for a proper installation they mentioned this was going to have an additional fee of AED 150. We didn’t accept this as they price included installation and this was not properly delivered and request to talk to the manager
Couple of weeks pass and we had to visit the store again as we were not getting call backs. After a couple of visits we received a call from customer service and they explained that the additional piece to connect properly to the drainage was not included in the installations. We acknowledged that and suggested that they visit again and bring the require piece which we would pay against an invoice but we would not pay another installation fee. Customer service was going to review this option with the installation team but never came back to us
After another week we decided to sort out the problem independently and never heard back from Samsung store
Worst service ever
I buy a washing machine and after 2 months not working I called 5 time for maintenance and they promised me to call me back in 24h and now around 1 month no one called me back
