Assalamualaikum everyone inshallah all of you will be fine . About my self experience on this branch of is that . The Toyota is good company and always provide good things to customer but in situations of competition between two branches in sharjah alwahda branch and ajman branch than i gave 5 star to alwahda branch because the staff behavior is better than ajman branch and service also quick. That's was may self experience between this two branches of Toyota. Thanks.
I have been here twice, and both visits were poor in terms of speed of service, you need to wait hours for your service to be completed. It took me more than an hour to get my car "delivered", if the car is not ready why do I get a message that it is ready for pickup? Seriously the service in this branch is very slow and not like other branches. When I spoke to the receptionist, she told me, “I have nothing to do with what is happening, you have to talk to the advisor.” I was seriously thinking of renewing the periodic maintenance contract after being impressed with the quality of service in other centers, but after moving to Ajman recently, I will never renew the contract with you at this level.
Successfully spent(wasted) 7-8hrs with Alfuttain Toyota Ajman branch to avail oil change and regular check up. If you want to avail this facility u have to book it 1 week before. I told them, don't do car wash so that they will return it in 8hrs. If you want more time with them, try Car Wash as well. May be you can get a facility to spend 1 or 2 days with them. Moreover, there is no automated token system as well. So don't worry about tracking.
Very poor customer service I dropped my car on Friday 11 April as per my appointment for normal service next day when I came to collect it from same agent he ask me to wait o waited for more than one hour and there was no queue or system for serving the customer more than one hour just to collect my car I add photo as the agent told me car is ready it’s in washing now 10 minutes and you will receive it in the photo you will see there was no car wash even the plastic bag cover put by him still inside the car and not removed
Very poor service! I came to get my car serviced and have been waiting for almost 20+ minutes now. That’s why people prefer outside garages for repairs.
