Have been calling the landline to book my service appointment, after 3 unanswered calls they finally answered and confirmed a technician would visit the next day. No calls, no answer. Still trying to reach someone to answer the phone.
I am very disappointed with the service provided by Eureka Forbes in UAE. While they are extremely proactive during contract renewal, the experience changes completely afterward. I have to repeatedly follow up to schedule periodic maintenance visits, and unfortunately, they neither respond nor show up for the service. This lack of professionalism and reliability is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Eureka Forbes.
Install and run service Although I purchased 2 years contract I have called and send messages many many times. Just promises to come without seeing anyone. Simply, don’t buy from them

Worst system, water kept leaking and I complained multiple times and they failed to rectify! Took my money for service charge and I removed the system by myself and didn’t get a refund . Don’t ever use them ! Completely useless
