@alfuttaimgroup unfortunately I had bad CX with alfuttaim group in Ajman C, it is the baddest center in UAE upon my CX with them.
I would inform who have authority to take decision regarding this center and give training in customer service to his/her staff.

Fraudulent people, I gave my car for a set of complaints and they charged me 1300aed , when I received my car back they didn't even perform 1 complaint I made and they replied saying we didn't have spares so we did some other service of same cost

I had given my car for small painting work on rear back side ,but at the time delivery i noticed that the paint had compleetly spread on my rear glass the they cleaned my glass with water paper but still there is paint on my glass also the overall painting work not good.

I went to the agency last Monday to have my left bumper fixed because it had popped out. They informed me that they needed to replace the entire bumper, to which I agreed. Today, they called me to pick up my vehicle, and when I arrived, I was surprised to find that the left and right bumpers were NOT aligned, and the left side is still popped out. I am already feeling a great deal of regret for purchasing my RAV-4 from Al-Futtaim, obtaining their services, and paying a significant amount of money each year for insurance to cover agency repairs.
Mr. Yasir is a kind and generous man who has helped me and guided me about the works and repairs that my car was requiring. I really appreciate his efforts and time that he had given me in handing my car over to me with an incredible service. Thanks a lot to him and the team.
Really This branch is very poor in terms of service, communication, I do not recommend anyone to go to this branch.
