Don't get impressed by their good rating on google or by the exotic cars standing in their garage. This garage is NOT GOOD FOR ANY ENGINE RELATED WORK at least.

They don't have any skilled staff to diagnose the problem, let alone to fix it. They primarily follow a trail an error approach of replacing every single part of your car which is even remotely linked to the problem

I had my GMC acadia misfiring for which i took it to these guys, they kept the car for a week and charged me 4.5k dhs for mainly cleaning the injectors and catalytic converter..which i doubt they did.. bcoz while on the way back from their garage, the check engine light appeared again. When i approached them back they gave me another quotation of 5k dhs which of course i didn't agree with them

I later found a very humble and knowledgeable guy in Alqouz, who has over 10 yrs of experience in repairing German and American cars .. he was able to logically explain the issue but also was able to fix it in 1000 dhs.

Don't recommend this garage. I did minor service to replace engine oil and oil filter. And oil filter was not replaced. Technician just wiped it to remove some dust, and did it absolutely consciously, not aiming to replace it. Surprisingly, the manager told me the filter on the photo looks new to him even though he confirmed they don't use branded parts (I had Subaru filter installed).
So I wasted my time, money and had to find another place to do work properly (yes, manager told me I can come and they will replace filter, I didn't go there again as there is no trust after such experience)

Extremely bad experience with them, very bad customer service, rude people, as a customer your voice is never heard…, a lady there who has absolutely nothing to do with mechanics nor customer service yet she acts like the business owner…. Not recommended at all.

I had an amazing experience at The Mechanic Auto in Dubai for my Pajero.From start to finish, the service was professional and efficient. A special shoutout to Aisha, who went above and beyond to assist me with all my requests. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure that everything was taken care of smoothly.

I had problem with the alternator in my car . Unfortunately while I’m taking the car to the mechanical shop it broke down and i have called Jacques for a help. Within the five minutes he arrived and jump start the car which was highly appreciated by me as most of the mechanics shops they won’t bother to come or they will come late . They promised me that I will take the car on the next day which they have delivered their promise on time and they charged me the agreed price . Everything was smooth and professional and big thanks for Jacques .

Not recommended garage, I give my car for inspection before purchasing and later founded that the car having so many problems even in the engine and they did not report , I dont know what they inspected in the car actually. Not trusted any more.

This is the most trust worthy garage I've been in Dubai. They are very reliable and they really care about your car. Special mention to the best service advisor, Robert. He is really knowledgeable and knows almost everything. The best!

Very very bad experience 😡😡😡 i got from this unprofessional garage. I have 4 cars i thought it would be worth it to put in this garage. Unfortunately, it was not at all. Each car i returned back for doing more labour for fixing 3 out of 4 cars is still not fixed. Wasting my time, beside the very high prices for the spare parts, and they will cost you expensive bad labour that will not fix the car issues.
