I got a glass replacement service from them because the glass of my watch was broken, they said they give a one-year warranty, a week after changing the glass, my watch hit the door but it was not a blown impact and the glass cracked, if I wanted to change the warranty again, they said we do not give you a glass replacement warranty. When I asked when they gave the warranty, do they give a warranty against liquids, I asked because it was a replacement, they said they do not give it against liquids, but can I learn what the meaning of Apple giving a one-year warranty for a product that I have not received any service for except for the glass, I was not satisfied at all, they offered to change the glass by making a discount of 25 dirhams to change the watch again, never change it, the glass did not last even a week

I had a water damage on my laptop while working! Techman helped within 24hours by changing the diaplay as well as cleaning the whole wet laptop! Service was amazing! I hope I don’t need them again, but if they are my very first choice!
I’m sharing my experience a week after getting my phone screen replaced. The service was excellent—professional, fast, and hassle-free. They reached my location within 2 hours and completed the job efficiently. The pricing was reasonable, and the service came with a warranty, which adds peace of mind. My phone feels as smooth and responsive as new. Highly recommended!
It’s scam they will tell its original parts and will charge you more but at the end its duplicates and it will not last longer very bad experience

I asked for a battery replacement in iPhone 11 Pro and visited their Karama office. They didn’t allow me to see the new battery and took it to service room and after 30 minutes gave the phone back. Paid money for a original battery as claimed by them.
Now the pain starts next day when battery charged in the morning and by afternoon it’s 50% drained without using you tube or heavy usage websites. I monitored for 6 days and the battery requires charging 2-3 times in a day.
When I visited again after 6 days to discuss the issue then they asked me to leave the phone for 5-6 hours with them to check and open the panels and boards. They also need my phone password as they need to check the phone.
For changing battery they didn’t require anything and for battery testing they need your full surrender.
Final outcome as usual will be your phone panel is damaged or burnt and battery is fine.
So friends the lady manager at front desk will raise tone every second and make you feel guilty for doing business with them.
I requested them for cooperation but their process and conditions will make your heart tumbling.
She happily invited me to put a negative review as they have lots of business and not bothered about customer complaints & experience as inflow of customer is high.
They operate under name of iberry. And she mentioned that she is responsible for sales and complaints and customer literally doesn’t have any choices at all.
For sake of your assets and money stay away from such misleading companies.
Techman service was really amazing. They responded quickly to my emails and texts on WhatsApp. Quickly understood the problem I was having with my phone, and provided the solution and the pricing to help me make the decision. They showed great flexibility when it came to scheduling pickup and drop off as I had to reschedule due to unforseen circumstances, and this was a major help. The manges to perform the technical fi, within 1h and deliver back my phone within 20min! Overall I'm very happy with their service and I would recommend them for any repair job you may need.
The replaced screen is not functioning, it keeps frozen and many actions are not processed. This was supposed to be a genuine spare parts and an original screen with lifetime warranty!
Very bad. It took themmore days than they said + big price + they didn't even changed the frame + the button still doesn't work. And the new screen is trash , also the glue stinks. We paid 1100 dhs. Very bad service
