Took my iPhone to fix issue with power IC as the phone was not charging and not turning on because of that.
I took it to their shop and they repaired the issue within 4 days only to receive my phone with the Face ID not working as well as the GPS antenna.
When I went back to the shop the employees and the technician were very rude and claimed that the issue existed ahead of the repair and refused to take responsibility for the damage they made and demanded extra money for an issue they caused.
A case was raised with DED as such places should not exist in Dubai.

I took an Xbox controller to them for a broken button AFTER they confirmed that they can fix it. When I got it back, the button worked, but the button was really clicky (which it's not suppose to be) and the controller was vibrating excessively when used, up to the point where you cant play with it anymore (also not suppose to do that). It didn't do these before I took it, the button not working was the only issue. I raised these concerns with them via WhatsApp, and still haven't received any reply. They read all my messages and just blatantly ignore me. Don't take your stuff here! They will take your money, break your things and ignore you after.

I visited the shop last week. Was looking for a replacement RAM stick. Found them online, called to enquire. They checked and called me back. Got the exact replacement. They were transparent that it was a used stick. Got it at a great price so didn't need to feign shock or bargain on it. I didn't expect them to call back at the time of enquiry, but they did. The RAM specs are old, so it was surprising to find it at all. They offered to lug my heavy PC to the car. Though I declined, the gesture is most appreciated.
