Con Artists. Avoid. Will not take ownership of their own poor quality. you‘ll end up paying twice for the something that should have been done right once.
I used this bunch of crooks a fair few times and the work was ok but recently it’s begun to slowly go downhill. The most recent experience was the worst, they will not take responsibility for their own work and try to make you look like a liar just so they can charge you again. I’ll never use them again and I strongly advise others not to. Use a company that will take ownership of their work. Ricky needs a reality check.

couldn’t provide a quote for work after promising one for 4-5 weeks. Other companies had visited the property and provided quotes in days. I was then told they didn’t have the capacity for the work. Unprofessional experience and wouldn't recommend.

Handyman Guru team is great! Very professional and reactive team! We have been using them for last few years for small fixes at the house, but recently we used them for interior painting and the team did absolutely amazing job! So clean and fast work! They even managed to fix old messes from previous painters, which looked impossible to fix. Really would recommend the team!

Handyman Guru’s staff and team are brilliant. They redid our villa in the Springs and the difference is night and day. What you don’t see is that they never cut corners and have a deep fundamental understanding of their work and proceed in a manner to ensure their work lasts a long time. They’re professional to the point that they turn down work if they think they can’t meet your deadline which is why we waited till they were available which was the best decision we made. They also don’t overcharge for work and their staff is very knowledgeable. Their finishing too is exceptional and we literally feel like we’re living in a brand new villa despite the house being 20 years old now. Fantastic work, fantastic people, couldn’t recommend them any higher. Thank you Ricky/Rahul and the team for what you’ve done for us.

I had a problem with the electricity and water in my villa this afternoon so contacted Handyman Guru. It was after hours so they promptly sent 2 guys out who worked as quickly as they could to resolve the problem. They were super helpful and helped ensure that the dewa guy reconnected the power as quickly as possible once they'd finished replacing the broken part.

I have been a customer of Handyman guru for 9 years for 2 different villas in the springs. Whether it is ac maintenance, ac replacement, plumbing work, painting or any general maintenance, the teams are knowledgeable, very transparent in what they can and cannot fix. They always work with attention to details and care for cleanliness. Highly recommended!

I hired Handyman Guru last year to do the complete cabling work and installation of our garden perimeter lights. After seeing great reviews online, they felt like safe choice. I have 3 small kids that play in the garden every day and wanted to make sure its 100 percent safe.

We paid thousands for the job that took 1.5 day, and he lights worked great initially until they didn’t at all…. Around 10 months the electricity in our house tripped due to the garden lights, which just stopped working. The “water and weather cables” I insisted on having and which I was promised they were, clearly were not that, and had stopped working due to exposure of soil and water.

When calling Hanydman Guru explaining what had happened, and trying to understand why it had happened I did not receive a favourable reply… To sum it up:

- The “electricians” that told me that it was water and weather proof were wrong to make such promises apparently. The cables they install stop functioning sometimes after 6 months and its completely normal… To avoid disappointed customers again, they would “re-train” their staff to no to make any promises at all!
- They don’t give any warranty on their work at all, and refused to even come and look at the issue without charging me AED 250 for the first hour.

Ie. If you hire this company for any electrical work – please expect to re-do it every six months to avoid disappointed (their own words)

These facts were pointed out several times by their customer service, as I honestly couldn’t believe what I was hearing!

Lesson learnt, and I hope anyone else reading considering them for any type of work – reads this – and avoids total failure!

These guys have been amazing, I had a call out emergency the other night and they were prompt and fixed the problem very quickly. I then decided to use them 2 days later to clean my water tank. They were prompt the service guys were very professional and did a great job. I will be using them again. Many thanks

This company is completely fraudulent and you should definitely not trust what they do. 2 months ago my air conditioner broke down and I called this company based on the reviews. They took 350 AED from me just for the inspection. They said the problem was the compressor and it needed to be changed. They asked for another 1750 AED for fixing the issue and took 1400 in advance. After the compressor was changed the air conditioner did not perform as before and did not fall below 22 degrees. When I told them there was a problem they said that this could happen and the compressor was too small for the air conditioner. When I told them they did not mention this from the beginning and asked them to give me my money back they said there are different probabilities and even the A/C can be out completely! And I had to pay the rest of the money. 2 months later now the A/C is completely out and I have been scammed by paying 2000 AED. This company is definitely untrustworthy.

Very disrespectful of the neighborhood while doing renovation job. From top to bottom, management and operational team. That can get you in a bad position with your neighbors straight away before you or your tenants even move in.
