I had a very disappointing experience at this car testing center. The inspector was extremely unprofessional and seemed to be looking for any excuse to fail my car. He rejected it over a minor issue that could have easily been pointed out for a quick fix. Instead, I had to go through the hassle of retesting and wasting time. It feels like they just want to make extra money from retests rather than genuinely ensuring road safety. Very frustrating and unhelpful service.
I had worst experience at this center I tried to renew my car which I am renewing in the past 8 years without any fault. the inspector Antonio Dacillo Frianilla decide to fail the car with unprofessional reason that i should make a CCM test for Chassis. I inform, show him the CCM test that i did it when i buy the car but he ignores it and he was determined to do a new test even he didn't mention that in the report (finding is remove front cover for recheck of chassis) thanks for al Tasjeel - Al Qusais to renew my car within 13 min and accept the old CCM test. make sure to train the inspector (Antonio Dacillo Frianilla) and teach him about the rule and regulation of RTA regarding the car renewal test.
Only one line for the testing but it’s fast. Completed the test and renewal process in 20 minutes 🙏🏻
Super efficient, happy with the fast car inspection service for renewal. my car is dusty and was worrying about a bit after I saw the google review. However no problem at all.
Very bad service from the employees at the station. I have arrived at 11.35 at the Tasjeel for my car test and renewal , they informed me that they are closed and I should come back at 8Pm there was one car only before me, they asked me to leave and go to albarsha branch after waiting half an hour
