Honest people with great service. They’ve fixed my PS5 controller at a low price. Honest because initial price given was for new spare parts, but once they’ve opened the controller they’ve informed that they fixed it without new parts, since the ones where operational.

I gave them my ps5 controller for repair because it had stick drift. The first time I gave them my controller they told me the problem was fixed but when I used it it didn't change a thing same stick drift except it made it even worse I gave them back 2 more times to fix the problem but the Same thing happen they refused to fix it they took money every time still the controller isn't fixed I would give them zero stars but that isn't a thing I wouldn't recommed.

I had a fantastic experience at this repair shop! My iPhone had serious water damage, and they replaced both the wide-angle camera and the screen flawlessly. The phone looks and works like new! They also fixed my old laptop's screen connection, which had been causing me issues for a while. The team was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. On top of that, the customer service was top-notch—they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for any tech repairs. You won’t be disappointed!

I had a great experience with Fixsquad in Dubai. Initially, I took my phone to a shop in Satwa for a screen replacement, but after 4 days of inspection, they told me it was impossible due to a missing line in the motherboard. They gave up on the repair, which was disappointing. Thankfully, I found Fixsquad on Google, and they managed to fix my phone in just two days with perfection. They restored it to like-new condition, demonstrating excellent customer service and expertise. Highly recommended! Special thanks to Kenneth for coordinating with me throughout the process. They also offered free pick up and free delivery service to me which is really great!! Overall, a fantastic experience.

This "repair shop" is located in Virgin Megastore, and that was the only reason I've chosen them. I've decided Virgin wouldn't collaborate with someone, who doesn't know how to work.
Huge mistake.

I had an issue with my Xbox Series controller - a drift on both sticks.
They charged me 150 aed for repair and stated "it's fixed" the next day.

That was the first time in my life I got a "fixed" item back in even worse condition than it was before.
Only 1 from 2 sticks was fixed. The left trigger stopped working and the d-pad started registering double presses unprompted.
Salman wasn't even able to assemble the controller back properly. As a result battery contacts were hidden inside the body of the controller (see photo).

The same day I took the controller back to the "repair shop", where Salman connected the controller to his PC and tried to convince me that everything is working fine and there is no drift anymore. The thing is that the application they use for calibration shows the default "ok" state until you touch any button and registers issues right after that. So, he simply tried to trick the customer.

After 30 minutes of conversation I got money back. Plus Salman promised to fix everything as a compensation for such a terrible experience.
The next day my wife went to the "repair shop" again to get the gamepad back.
They did the same trick with the application (this time successfully) to her and convinced that everything is working fine.

Does it work now? No. The right stick is still drifting, the left trigger and d-pad are not working.

Avoid at all costs.
I'm raising a complaint to a Virgins management now, will see how it goes.

Outstanding service, 7 stars. Fixsquad gadget repair have repaired a broken back glass of my iPhone 14 and replaced the front broken glass of my iPad Air 4th generation. Please be carefull from this place they are scammer , they scammed me i changed my phone screen and at the same week it stop working , they said that i have 1 month waranti and when i came back they refuced to fix it !!!!! PlZ br carefulllll

So my son forgot he put his phone in his pocket before getting out on the karting track. At some point his phone fell out of his pocket and he drove over the phone with super heated go-kart tires and essentially shattered his phone and melted the bottom corner of the phone off. I felt there was zero chance of ever recovering anything off the phone, but I decided to take a chance. I reached out to Fixsquad, they offered their service with no real expectations of hope of recovering any data. After approximately a week they messaged me advising they had tried multiple times to recover data but were unsuccessful so I arranged to pick up the phone. They messaged back the next day and asked if I could give them another 2 to 3 days to have another try at fixing it. Again they messaged me and advised they were unsuccessful at powering the phone back on, so again I arranged to pick up the device. Again, they messaged and said they were going to try one more time if they could have an extra 2 days, that this time there was a slim chance they could power the device back on. After those 2 days went by I received a message from Fixsquad saying that the device was powered on and I all the data was recoverable. Even though this process took almost 2 weeks, I really don't care if it took them 2 months, the work these guys performed to be able to retrieve data off of a shattered and melted phone was unbelievable. They very easily could have made only 1 attempt and said it was unsuccessful but their persistence really paid off. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! These guys pulled off nothing short of a miracle in fixing the phone enough to be able to recover the data. I've attached some pictures showing the broken phone before being fixed, and a photo showing data being transferred to my son's new phone. Held together with tape or not, these guys are amazing and made my son very excited that he didn't lose all 900 photos on his old phone. Thank you Fixsquad!!!!

They tried to repair my two ps5 controllers, now they don't even connect to my playstation. I do not recommend

We changed Iphone 11 broken screen at Fix Squad.

1. New screen was more dark than original.
2. After few weeks a black line appeared on the screen, approximately 1/3 of screen.

There was not able to bring it back to fix squad, we have bring it to another service.

We found that:
Instead of using a both bolts to fix new screen, guys cuted one mount on a screen, I guess they has bolt loosening problems and didn't care about it...

Not recommended.
