Agent asked me to go for Extreme Wash and This is the wash result after paying 110 Aed that even tyre is not clean. Better go for normal wash from anywhere and result will be better.

Horrible Customer Service. After wasting one hour of my time they tell me they can’t change my tire as machine is broken. No offer to fix or resolve issue. Don’t waste your time and come here.

I’m really pleased with the help and support I’ve gotten from Senthil (supervisor). He is quite helpful, obliging, and enjoyable to interact with. He demonstrates the initiative to assist and shows considerable proactivity. For the past two years, I've been getting my Honda Civic serviced at this location, and all the staff are extremely friendly and supportive, especially Mr. Senthil. Whenever you ask him something, he is accommodating and replies promptly, even during the night. I am equally pleased with this branch, Autopro 7002. Once more, I will be taking my car in for maintenance shortly.💥💥💥💥💥

Seeing as they are neighbors with Tasjeel, they’re pretty quick and have ample exposure and experience fixing up cars. Queues are short for the Friday morning that I came there. If waiting is required there’s a couple of cafés a short walk up the service road. I came with a months long mysterious issue: car was noisy at low speeds and vibrating at high speeds. Sent it to my regular tyre place, then my mechanic, got a few things that needed fixing fixed but the problem didn’t go away. Balancing was well within tolerances. I asked around and was suspecting a steering rack issue at this point.(My driver was handling all this, at which point I took the car to see what was so problematic) They quickly pointed out the problem of bubbling tyres. I replaced all four and boom, back to smooth rides. The tyres I used weren’t in stock but it took only an hour to get it, and another hour to fix it up. Prices are fair. I’ll give my driver and my go to guys the benefit of the doubt and say they overlooked a couple things, but these guys didn’t, and for that I highly recommend them.

Service is good but there is no AC. The clients suffering and also the guys suffering.

It will be great if you give them AC as we are in summer and it will be good for them

So bad mechanical they make a proplem in my car and they didn’t fex it don’t trust them
I give them to change oil only and they make a problem with computer

This Company Auto Pro Has work company policy of Payment in advance for the cash wash service!!

They want us to pay in advance and if the customer is not satisfied with the wash then we need to spend time arguing!

I will advise all customers to Choose Adnoc over Auto pro specially for Car Wash Service!

At least they do not charge you in advance before completing the car wash!
