I visited for vehicle registration renewal. The process is nicely streamlined. I spent less than 30 minutes here. 1. Drive past the petrol pumps and turn left to enter the Vehicle Inspection Area. At the gate you will be required to show your gold vehicle registration card. At the time of this writing, you will also need to show your green al hosn pass. 2. Drive forward 100 meters and enter the testing area. Exchange your gold registration card for a ticket number. Leave your car here and walk in to the Tasjeel building. 3. When your ticket number is called, go to the appropriate counter and pay AED 150. You will receive a receipt and your cars keys will be returned to you. 4a. Proceed to the insurance counters on your right (Fidelity at the time of this writing). 4b. Alternatively, contact your insurance agency. 5. Complete registration online with MOI app (AED 370 at the time of this writing). 6. Attach registration stickers to licence plate after they arrive by mail. 7. Mission accomplished! 😊 😃 😀
Tasjeel Auto village at the Enoc petrol station is the sole location available for vehicles testing in RAK. A comprehensive center for all relevant procedures, VIP services and motor insurance are also present. The entire process is quickly done (20 mins). Car wash, Starbucks and tire change outlets are in the vicinity. Open until 10pm on weekdays and Sat.
We had an issue with the registration and the normal counters didn’t know how to solve my problem and she was not speaking good counter num (8) and they told me that the Vip can solve the problem but you need to pay more fees but the problem from there system but i said no problem ill pay to solve my problem but i Waited in the vip for almost 1 hours and there only 3 customers the worst vip i saw in my life .
Why do the police at the center not work the same opening time as the center? Public service, means people take time from busy schedules to get service only for the police to resume a hour late or close earlier than the center.
