For mechanical is ok but for washing I pay xtream /steam wash they did normal Wash. And the mechanical department doesn't have a water dispenser if any one wants to drink water

I’m a regular visitor at Autopro 7775 and usually receive exceptional service. However, my visit today at 1:50 PM was very disappointing. The staff in the cleaning bay did a poor job—rather than a thorough clean, they simply wiped down the car with a cloth to drain the water, skipped the polish, and didn’t properly clean the car’s body or interior. This was unlike the high-quality service I’ve come to expect here. I appreciate the hard work of the staff during my previous visits, but this time, the service didn’t meet expectations.
