Excellent service with accommodating staff who ensure smooth experience. The process is quick and not too crowded.. they only handle transactions for vehicles under individual ownership .. prefer to visit here next time for vehicle renewal.
Extremely slow and Horrible. One testing bay open and 2 are closed, each car is taking 10 min just to start the test. I had 4 cars in front of me and waited 45 minutes!!!!! Thumbs down. Never coming to this branch again.

It appears this center struggles to have enough customers and doesn't meet its cost targets, which might explain why they're quick. However, if your car has even a minor issue, they will fail it just to charge you twice on the retest. For cars over four years old, I strongly advise against going there as you're likely to fail.
The inspection staff was rude and unreasonable. Intentionally put comments to make it difficult for me to get my car passed. The car has no mechanical issues at all. All comments raised were cosmetic, car had passed all previous inspections with the same cosmetic changes. Very frustrating. I hope RTA can see the feedback and take some action.
The service is fast, there is no crowding, and the staff is cheerful with customers.

This centre is really good at customer service. I had been for renewal & found it quite convenient. You leave your car at the entrance to the testing bay. The inspector takes it through the required tests, while you wait in the comfort inside the centre waiting area. Within minutes you get the testing done. Complete the payment formalities in the counter and you are done to proceed with your online renewal process.
Totally unsupportive staff. I went there three times to get a simple transaction done. They instructed me to get some papers done, when I came back after 30 mins, the staff changed and the new one was not accepting the papers I got as per instructions of the previous one and sent me back to get it printed. I requested him to print for me as I just got it done, and he refused sending me back for the third time
