Absolutely horrendous experience. Twice. The first time didn’t say anything as bad days can happen to anyone, but if the same happens twice in a row it means this is a standard quality of work at this place. After washing the car is still dirty (pic attached for reference), the staff is rude and not willing to fix mistakes saying “do you know how many cars a day I wash” and so on as in he cannot wash good because of it. This is not a free service and the customer should get what they are paying for. Do not waste your time and money and go somewhere else.

I recently went there and had a very disappointing experience. They told me to wait for my turn so i patiently waited for almost an hour but one of the mechanics attended the other car that just arrived. Unprofessional service! Hope they will train their staffs to treat their customers fairly.
I visited AutoPro 7185 this morning to get some maintenance done. The best price was offered immediately, the service was fast and efficient. I couldn't be happier how smooth it was. Look at the smile on their face! This is how genuinely friendly they were. Big thanks to Mr. Vinayak and Mr. Razique. One of the best Enoc stations in Dubai. They have the best service. Kashif and Krishna and Aziz are very helpful and honest at their job. They also have Tasjeel for car registration and they are professional and fast!!
they do everything for a very long time. I wait 1.5 hours and they change two tire wheels and oil. Because they decided to make other cars updated. You have to finish one car and then discuss the other car. Why does the client have to wait so very long? And my car just wasn't made. And I have a client waiting 1.5-2 hours. They must be constantly monitored so that no one distracts employees.
The workers decided to make a white Hyundai, but decided not to make a Lexus.
They not wash the engine 53AED IN NORMAL wash they charge 110 AED FOR FULL WASH. Which is quite expensive I will preferred local car service which Is much better they are not allow to wash engine in normal wash 🙄
