Be careful. They charge more for spare parts than agency. Pls ask about the technician availability before leaving the car with them. Specially electrical and electronics works. Not that much reliable staff

THEY ARE A TOTAL RIPOFF, they sell fake vouchers at different locations. Once you reach there with a free voucher they make sure to screw it up and ask for money.

In my case, i went for A/C gas top-up and instead they let all the gas out of the car and told its not there at all and wanted 120 for repairs. I then confronted them and they got angry and filled up the system threatening it isn't their problem if future problems come.

They are fraud! I bought that 99dhs voucher which had lot of things to offer like wheel balancing, repair works etc. Went there to do wheel balancing on my car and the next moment, after testing, I see my steering totally tilted on side. After testing my vehicle, went back to them and guess what they said? Sir you have to do wheel alignment now which is worth 150dhs. That voucher is a blunder, they lewd customers into buying it and the moment we go to them, they will do something to charge us. I recommend you guys to go any reputed garage in Sanaiya. These guys are fraud and am gonna report them to consumers office.

They buy an item for 350 and sell it to you for 550 and they add labor charges on top. What do you call that? Always buy the items yourself

Totally unsatisfied, sell coolent with oil change and charge extra AED100 for just opening and closing 3 nuts, without even telling before hand.
