I have changed the tire to new ones there, and since then the car is running smoothly. The price might be a little bit higher but they offered balancing every 10,000 KM with the new tires. Very friendly and helpful staff

I recently had an experience with Al-Futtaim AutoCenter that left me feeling extremely disappointed. I needed a simple tyre patch, so I called them to get a quote. I was shocked when the representative informed me that the service would cost AED 60. Having had previous experience with tyre patching, I knew that this was an exorbitant amount to pay for such a basic service.

It seems that this tire shop is overcharging its customers simply because it has the Al Futtaim name attached to it. This is unacceptable and a clear case of taking advantage of customers. While I appreciate the convenience of having this shop located near my house, I refuse to pay three times the regular price for a service that should only cost AED 20.

Overall, I believe that this tire shop is overcharging its customers and taking advantage of its reputation. It is unacceptable to overcharge customers for basic services and I urge others to look elsewhere for their tyre needs.

The center is very bad, disorganized, chaotic, not committed to the role, time and place are uncomfortable and do not rise to the level of Al-Futtaim services, and working hours are tight. For car delivery only and with a prior appointment, the process takes more than an hour😮‍💨

The people at fastfit jeemi are the worst services providers. Especially the person sits inside office and the mechanic who works there. They disrespect customers. I had worst experiences 3-4 times when I went to fill nitrogen gas in my car tires. They always object or avoid filling nitrogen by telling some worst reasons. They think nitrogen is produced from there own body. I also asked them to charge money. But they tell some or the other reason. Even when I went to enquire about tires. No good response received from them. They are worst..I will give them half star..

Very poor service! Just like the bad experience I had over the phone, this branch in particular was disappointing. The communication with Bashir was unprofessional, and they take advantage of customers without showing any respect. I will never visit this place again.
