assalamualaikum when you give tip to the staff working in super fix then the manager is lazy those people make a box and ask to put it in it this is wrong it is the staff's right to take action against the company manager who is the owner and they call the staff for 7 hours and make them work till 8 in the evening they don't even give overtime dubai branch....!!!!!Go and talk to the owner. I had gone to get the car repaired and saw it myself. This is not right sir. The poor staff comes from where after leaving their parents. You should take action.

Changed compressor for 1700aed from this place on April 22,2025 for my VW Jetta and they gave me a very old compressor. I could have bought a new compressor for 900aed. My friend referred me this place so i thought this place will be good. After exactly a month the compressor blasted in the middle of the road with loud voice. Luckily I waiting in a signal, otherwise it would have damaged the engine and the wirings if I was in running mode. I went there and talked about this and they declined everything and tried to charge me again the same price for compressor which is very much wrong. They didn’t even apologize for giving me an old compressor which cannot be used in a car, instead given me various reasons of breakdown of compressor which is not even possible. They said no warranty or guarantee of compressor when i visited them, but why would I spent 1700aed for a very old compressor???
Avoid going at this place at all cost.

First of all, i fixed my car in SuperFix in Abudhabi in Al Samha branch, they didn’t fix my car probably, the finishing was bad , after two days only my fan belt damaged, i was in Dubai and i called them and i sent my car by Recovery to SuperFix Al Qusais branch, they removed damaged fan belt and install new one, and they said my car is ready no any problems, I took my car and traveled to Fujairah, next day and less than 24 hours i seen my car is leaking so much from down, so i sent my car to Das Auto garage because as i can SuperFix not fixing in professional way, they check my car and they see THERE’S REMAINING DAMAGED FAN BELT THEY DIDN’T REMOVE!!!! My car Leaked so much because of That… And THANKS

I jus visited autofix because of my light bulb to be replaced, I ask the mechanic Ahsan, Siraj and saddam about the sound under my car and he offered me to be checked. Thanks to this men they found out that my lower front arm bushing is damage and also the front shock absorber and front and front shock mounting are needed to be replaced. Well explained all the parts that going to change and it importance in the car. This is place is good if your are not familiar with the car parts and you are going to find reliable car maintenance service specially if your car free service from your car service center is already expired. This is the best place for you. My car is volkswagen passat. Price is recommendable, service charge is affordable and the service is excellent. No hidden charges and most of all they allow you to see what is going on to your car!

I visited this workshop after seeing positive Google reviews, but my experience was truly disappointing.

Despite knowing the AC compressor was in poor condition, they refilled the gas without advising that it wouldn’t resolve the issue. The AC didn't work at all and i got charged for no good reason. I expected more transparency from a popular business like this.

Recently 3 months ago I changed all tyres.while changing they said wheel balancing, alignment, A/ C gas top up.( all inclusive ) they said.and
Written in the bill aswell.
But they haven't check the tyre alignment.
After 2 months of tyre change, I went to my usual garage to do some small checkup.luckyly the mechanic found the both front tyres that almost teared.and if run with another 1000km, tyre may blast.and he informed that the alignment not checked.and then I went superfix garage.theyre simple saying that all done like that.it was worst experience.

Satisfied with the servicing done here in detail. Ahsan attended my vehicle and did an amazing job overall. Pleased with the visit
