I recently had a frustrating experience at this garage. I brought my car in three weeks ago, was charged a hefty amount, and unfortunately, the issue was diagnosed incorrectly. I returned today hoping for a resolution, but the service only worsened due to the behavior of the morning shift supervisor, Shyjou. I had to wait over an hour for him to arrive, and when I expressed my frustration, he responded rudely and aggressively. His excuse for being late was that he had been late the day before. My main concern, however, was his health—he had a persistent cough that had been ongoing for over three weeks. I recognized it from my earlier visit and remembered it got infected previously. When I asked if he was taking any medication, he told me it had been ongoing for more than a year and wasn’t a problem. For my own safety, I decided to leave, as no safety measures were taken by him—not even a mask. I then took my car to another garage in the industrial area where they diagnosed the problem immediately and charged me 90% less than what I originally paid. Overall, while the technicians may be professional, my experience with the supervisor shoju was disappointing, and I would advise caution regarding health and safety protocols at this garage. All bills still available.

I recently visited this workshop to get my brake pads changed, and I had a good experience. The service was great, and they provided me with genuine parts. The manager, Sarfaraz, made sure everything was done properly.👍👍👍👍

The worst customer service i have ever seen
I took my car and one of people who’s name shejo. he is thinking this his property after breaking one of my door handles he told me i will not fix ur car again and don’t bring it ajman , if anyone one knows how to reach to the manager kindly write it down so i can write to him that he have the worst team …

The same number provided already have it with same person who i have an issue with, i need a direct email or manger number to check regarding this issue

they are poor in mechanical and electrical things, mainly tyre shop, I visited to fix my car ac, they changed unnecessary things to charged me, and they ask for more stuff to change the whole ac parts, I rejected because I get doubt about their work, and I was right, my car ac system has small issue which they could not figure out, I gave them advise since they open in good place, just work on what you know, or hire professional technicians, to fix such technical issues they need special test equipments and professional staff which they do not have

They did unprofessional work, I changed 6 spark plugs ,gear oil and other mechanical maintenance there a few weeks ago for my kia sorento.
They removed the Engine Air intake pipe(throttling set) to fix the spark plug and refixed it improperly resulting in damage of the pipe mouth and suddenly my car stopped in Sharjah due to excess air intake in the engine.
I sent my family through taxi and car through recovery..
Tried to call them multiple times but their phone was not reachable..Finally I took the car to the Industrial area garage and replaced the part there.
It lost my valuable holiday time and money as well..
I hope they will call me back to reimburse me due to their unprofessional service.

Very bad service cheating with customers, putting faulty not working spare parts, no expertise in fixing the fault…..looking to sell the Tyre only, instead focusing or services and fixing other faults…

Very excellent & honest service, i was coming to fill the tyres with normal air, thankfully they were able to notice that my tyres were old and cracked which could lead to blowups, in addition to him showing me the age of the tyres compared to which year we're at. He was insisting on me fixing it due to the dangers it carried and he explained to me that this amount of cracks could become dangerous and blow up, as happened recently in an accident in Abu Dhabi, they explained that very small cracks may not hold any noticeable risk but after a certain point it can grow in length become a game of chances which was not worth my safety. Since not all tyres were worn out the same their insisting was mainly on the front ones for my safety due to the front ones being most worn out. After i've agreed for a fix, they invited me to rest at their office and typically they work at normal speeds when fixing a car but seeing that i decided to wait for it to be fully fixed they began working at a fast but careful pace showing care and dedication to get my car running again, Sir Sarfaraz Khan and the other brother were making sure i understand the process thats happening and explaining to me wether it is required to be changed and if it can affect the total performance of the car at all, Sir Sarfaraz Khan and the brother were also assuring me that they try to make sure everything they buy and sell are agency products rather than business quality ones such as cheap products that require alot of replacement, cheap business products would be priced at ~200 or so depending while agency ones can go from 500 up to 1000 or more, while agency ones last 2-3 years typically at least, business ones last 1 year on product tag of which they typically last less than advertised so they may actually not be as economically as advertised and usually elusive. While it does not always stand true it is typically so and while Sir Sarfaraz khan and the brother do not sell 100% agency products the business ones they do sell they try to ensure they are quality ones at least showing great care to the products they give their customers. Following that they gave me a price lower than the typical market price offering me original agency tyres for a good price, following that i asked him to lower it even slightly further being an old customer, of which he accepted, making it a great price for an agency original tyre for my Honda SUV type car making a great deal 💯. Furthermore, seeing that he did not attempt to rip me off i decided to tell him to do a general checkup aswell which he did not dissapoint in at all. Every problem he was detecting while the checkup was ongoing he did not attempt to over complicate it and would try to replicate live examples of how those things worked and what could they lead to for example the break discs being slightly bent could lead to a slight delay in breaks disks functionality which may not be pleasant while bigger dents could be risky causing further delay in breaking responses, with some level of damage requiring complete replacement while one requiring only maintenance, moreover showing me the maintenance process in the machine where he was working on flattening the disk completely. Another example is when he shows me the functionality of ignition coil and spark plugs, explaining that spark plugs are the sole core of the ignition system, they could very likely be responsible for my fuel running out too quickly, in my case they were due to them being used for above their milage/kilometer usage and over age, he even showed me example products of these 2 components aswell as showing great service. Whole time he was not showing any signs of being annoyed or angry from me asking too many questions or continually asking about the fixing time, i was treated very nicely and they were constantly offering me any type of drink tea, fruit juice, fruit cocktail, coffee and water, wether i want the ac or not. They were patient and honest. 5 stars service.
