I recently visited this mobile shop and was thoroughly disappointed with both their customer service and the quality of their products. The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting, making the shopping experience frustrating. I never visited such a shop in UAE before.👎👎👎 The employees were quite rude and simply laughing among themselves while asking something, especially the guy in billing.Very unprofessional way of behaviour.🤐🤐 Additionally, I noticed that many of their other products are 2nd quality. Also fraud staffs there selling products for a particular amount and billing for a different amount (less amount) than we paid. When we ask that they will tell some un necessary reasons. May be they are cheating the owner too. It’s clear that this shop does not prioritize the reliability of the items they sell. Overall, my experience was very bad, and I cannot recommend this mobile shop to anyone looking for quality products or decent customer service.
