A Big Scam. They did nothing and return my car. I checked with Garage in Sharjah and in frint of me they showed that no oil change done, no coolant replaced etc etc.
I was about to raise case in Dubai Consumer court but avoid due to lack of time.
Got my Car picked up today morning for Serving. Mr. Faizan who came to pick up my Car was very helpful and very good in talking and had a good approach. Happy with the Service My Car and their administration team. Good Luck.

From the day of collection from my location, inspection, service quote with customized solutions as per our requirements with affordable price and quality, completion of works on time till delivery of car to my home. Appreciate the support and close followup from Mr. Satish on quotation till delivery as promised and happy with the timely delivery service by logistics team Mr. Goldi Saini. Good job and well done team will definitely recommend and come back for future services.
I brought my Peugeot Boxer 2020 to Service My Car in Al Quoz and had a terrible experience that resulted in significant time and money loss. We were 'assisted' (read: ignored) by Mr Sathish all this time and spoke eventually briefly to his supervisor Mr Deepan Jayaprakash, head of Ops who was dismissive of anything and offered us to fix matters... with the same quote which was half of the vehicle price!
They initially quoted AED 1,798 for a MAF sensor replacement, which I later found costs just AED 327. After the sensor was replaced, the car continued having issues. They then recommended costly replacements (injectors, air filter, high-pressure pump) without providing any diagnostics or proof, in an official report, despite multiple requests.
The real shock came when the injector quote jumped from AED 4,374 to AED 16,943 after they dismantled the vehicle—leaving me no choice. The injector price - in any shop - is 200-600 dhs. All attempts to get a clear explanation were ignored.
To make matters worse, they didn't allow to take the car after 195 hours of holding it justifying it being dismantled - advised to come 24 hours later, and even next day it was not assembled, despite coming in person and speaking to manager.
In my view, garage engages in misleading, non-transparent practices. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid dealing with them. We reported the matter to DED.
I recently used 'Service my car' for a major service, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The convenience of their free pickup and drop-off service was excellent, and Mr. Aman handled both with exceptional professionalism. He was punctual, polite, and made the entire process seamless. The service itself was comprehensive. I appreciated the detailed video message outlining the vehicle inspection, as well as the vehicle report card that clearly listed all checks performed and any identified issues. The service package, which included an oil and filter change, interior vacuum, and wash, was completed to a high standard. The on-time delivery of my car, coupled with the clear communication and professional service provided by Mr. Aman, made for a very positive experience. I highly recommend 'Service my car' and would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Aman for his outstanding service.
I'm always in awe of the drivers picking up and delivering back the cars after service. As a frequent customer, i have used this company for 4 years now and Mr. Goldi Saini is usually the driver who delivers my car. He is always very polite and friendly. I've had all my cars serviced by ServiceMyCar and have always been very satisfied with their service. I’d like to give special recognition to Faizan, the truck driver who delivered my Nissan Patrol back home on a tow truck; on time, and impressively, around midnight on a weekend. His dedication truly stood out. Service personnel like Faizan deserve more appreciation for the effort they put in and the long hours they work to ensure customer satisfaction.

Surprised with the comment from the shop after 2 weeks on the web and in fact they didn't reach out to me again despite official complain submitted 2 weeks ago.
Very poor customer service too
Just now received the car from them and it's coolant is leaking in a bad way It was working perfectly fine..not sure how can they return back the vehicle in this stage ... The issue was not there when i provided the vehicle to them for service.
Pathetic service. Worst service
I took package of 4 service(1 major + 3 Minor). First major service was good(as they tricked me to buy package). After that when I send my car for second service(minor),
1) they dont even clean the car, Interior cleaning was not done
2) didnt took any test ride after service(as seating positing was perfectly untouch and no change in Mileage )
3) No proper communication after collecting car.
I am not sure also that they have even change the engine oil/oil filter or not. As I asked them to provide video of oil change, which they denied it.
Its complete wastage of money. Please do not take service from them
