Good afternoon every body from sedana,I would like to inform who so unpolity people working in this company starting from reception she answered say I don't cary what you want to write write,and even she never say her name,to post it.i have problem with sale ,service,and management departments,they took machine to repaire and confiscated because they have problem with previous buyer and balance and even 6 month whith them machine,I advice to never deal with such a company wher working very rude and uncared about customer,I work in 2011 but was very good staff,today days is all best is left and left people who never care about company,I want to inform to management I have hand over paper from my garage and I'm going to report sharjah government,and for shore it will be not good,and if you staff doesn't car reputation we try to broke,and we will bring to public what do you do from our Instagram aswell,more people to see,Abraham name sales be careful don't deal with him he has very bad experience with people before sale he is behind after forget you first day,and management never contact because they know they have problem,and you can see so many 1 star because more people safering from them,I send several complaint but never contac because they think they are right,I will wait answer till Sunday,Monday I make complaint to sharjah government to inform about you.
Hello everyone body from sedana,my name Rufad owner of Bon Voyage Auto repairing services,I give ac machine to repaire and 6 month after I can't get,because mr Abraham sales person has sold items and could get money from previous owner and blaming to others,but if you think you can get in this way not possible and I never give my items if I have right,please send my machine immediately other ways I have handover paper we can open case for you to not returning our machine,I have no things to do with previous buyer and if they didn't pay money problems is yours right,I belive you understand my point,with regards Rufad

the customer rep is a crucial role in any company it defines the characteristic of the company but unfortunately sedana has the worst customer rep or sales representative , they need some serious training in this department , customer rep should focus on solving the problem instead arguing or showing arrogance while communacating with customer im never gonna refer this comapny to anyone , this might be the reason sedana so many bad reviews for a same issue
The worst experience to buy any item from any hardware shop . They even not explain you the item option Direct they give you the price and they say go buy from out side it’s more cheaper Before they listen to me before I ask any questions Abut Item
