The employees are not that professional and don’t know a thing about scooters. Don’t recommend
The service and the explanation provided were unsatisfactory. The stated reason for the burnt cables was that they overheated due to a decrease in battery charge. When asked for further clarification, the response was that this was the supplier’s explanation and that they had the necessary expertise. The proposed solution was to temporarily separate the cables using insulating tape, which was deemed sufficient. Additionally, the replacement of the controller would require separate payment of course what else.
Very bad customer service and quality so cheap and they don’t respect customer i don’t recommend it to anyone
We were scammed by this man. He sold us a used car battery that turned out to be completely faulty. We went back to his shop multiple times, but every time he had a different excuse and avoided taking responsibility. He kept making promises and delays, but in the end, we got nothing of value from him. The battery he sold us was broken and useless. Total waste of money and time. I do not recommend dealing with him at all.
