Average service, price higher than competitors, gets the job done at the end
Charges way too much for thermal paste replacement (80dhs) and also used too much paste, if you have a 3g thermal paste tube, the technician will use the entire tube, you're supposed to put very little and spread it if you're having a laptop

Good system and repair service available. Mr. Noufal is an expert and helpful. He provides system updates, fixing, hardware and software installation. Located backside of Hamdan street near Emke stores.
I had an urgent need to change by laptop's battery. I found these professional repair guys at abu dhabi salam street near km trading. Everything was done when l was waiting. I am going use these guys to add one additional SDD and increase the RAM. Recommended.
Left a laptop for repair/evaluation. Informed the issue was the motherboard so I retrieved the device. I wasn't charged for this.
The three stars (decided to go with two) are because upon further inspection of the returned laptop one of the case screws is not from this laptop, it obviously belonged to someone else's device. Additionally, when I opened the case up, 3 of the 7 battery screws are missing. This is the first time I have ever gone to an independent electronic repair shop and this will be the last time I go to this one for sure.

I was able to upload two images. One showing the drop off reciept and another showing the business's initial response here; before their edit. In short, I've reduced the rating to one star as zero stars is not possible.
Lastly, I've only got one review on Google maps because I've never felt the need to give reviews. Good or bag, I would just move along and not use whatever service it was. I decided to give this review and the subsequent edits/updates because of what could only be negligence and consumer blaming.
Save Computer Center is one of the best computer service centers in Abu Dhabi. Their excellent customer service and highly professional engineers make them stand out. They are dedicated and never give up on fixing both software and hardware problems, even for complex company systems. I would especially like to thank Engineer Mr. Noufal for his exceptional support. He is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond, even assisting with issues remotely through phone calls and AnyDesk software. Highly recommended!
