I purchased the device only six months ago, expecting the durability and reliability that a renowned brand like Samsung is known for. However, to my surprise, the screen went completely black, rendering the phone unusable. When I visited your store in Media City, Dubai, for assistance, I was met with further disappointment. The staff seemed surprised by the issue but provided no immediate solution. I was informed that the repair would take a full week, with no replacement device offered in the meantime. Additionally, no support was provided to extract the important data stored on my phone, leaving me in a highly inconvenient position. Given Samsung’s reputation, I expected better product quality and after-sales service. A premium brand should not only ensure the longevity of its devices but also provide a seamless customer experience when issues arise. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, and I urge you to take immediate action by offering a quicker resolution and assistance in retrieving my data. Extremely Disappointed with Samsung and Jumbo’s Customer Service I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment with both Samsung and Jumbo regarding my recent experience with a Samsung washing machine. The appliance stopped working properly, and I immediately contacted customer support — and that’s where the nightmare began. It has been over two weeks, and I’ve received nothing but silence, broken promises, and zero action. I’ve followed up multiple times, but both companies have shown complete disregard for customer service and after-sales support. I expected far better from such well-known brands. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency is unacceptable. When people invest in a premium product, they expect reliable support — not to be ignored for weeks. Yesterday they took the washing machine after two weeks to be repaired and they quoted me 600 dirhams, the minute they received the machine in their warehouse. They change the price to 1000 and I said send it back please we will get someone to fix it, this guy by the name of Vibin from Samsung said he will send it back next week and another week waiting. I strongly urge potential buyers to think twice before purchasing a Samsung product from Jumbo. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
Not a good experience. I went to Samsung customer service center in Dubai mall and they assessed the problem with my two cameras that were damaged by lasers. Simple. Assesment can be done looking at the camera app and seeing which cameras work. Simple. They told me to come to media city to the main HQ since they could be better or cheaper. I come to Media city and I am told that I need to leave my phone in order for them to make an assessment before they can give me a quotation of repair costs. (Keep in mind I was given a quotation in Dubai mall no problem). I was told in media city that they have different procedures than Dubai mall because they're different companies with different procedures (what? How? They're both Samsung?) The customer service representative was more interested in telling me No, you have to do it the way we tell you than to find a way to help the customer. She didn't treat me bad, she was polite, but it seemed she wasn't trying to help but rather get to the next customer as soon as she could. It's no wonder the rating is so low for this service center... Even if it's more expensive in Dubai mall, I'd rather pay more and experience good customer service
The place is nice and customer service they are cooperative,usually you get ur device fixed within 2-3 days, for me it took only one day
To begin with, I visited another branch in Mirdiff for getting the back panel of my S22 ultra replaced under Samsung Care+. They informed me that I could get the device back only after a few days as they had to order things or send my device to their central location. They advised to visit their media city service centre to get the repair done quickly. They have 1 hour parking in the building for samsung visitors. If it's too much rush, you may need more than 1 hour. They have only 2 support desks to manage all the customers. Please take a token from the robot kind of machine placed next to counter 1 and don't forget your token number as the machine will not give you a printed token. I think they have a good tech team and multiple people who can fix the devices quickly. I gave my phone on Saturday and it was done by Monday afternoon. They have created a great experience centre for people to experience. This ranges from gaming to home appliances, TV, air purifier, etc. They even have a studio for people to record any video content. All in all, it was a great experience. You should visit this branch if you have any issues with your Samsung phones.
