I have used this place multiple times. Normally good service. After a recent repair, the screen cracked with no drops and regular use. They refused to acknowledge this and blamed it on abuse. When it dropped, we paid for service. When I have a genuine concern about the quality of the replacement screen or the installation, it’s an automatic accusation of trying to get something for free. I don’t need to ask for that, and I am disappointed in their inability to comprehend it could be faulty. Will not go back!

They kept me updated throughout the process in such a friendly and honest way. Plus, they even accommodated my request to drop the device off at my place ,which was so helpful .
