Had two MacBook Air screen replacements and now the third one has gone! I appreciate the screens are highly sensitive but this is ridiculous. To be fair the one had got a slight crack after a few days of usage, but this second one has no cracks or anything it just doesn’t work anymore. Never heard back from them after showing them the pictures on WhatsApp.
I had the battery of my MacBook Air M1 replaced here and the service was excellent. The team is very professional, quick to respond, and clearly knows what they’re doing. The battery replacement was done efficiently using genuine parts, and the price was very reasonable compared to other places. Definitely recommend them for any MacBook repairs in Dubai!
I must say they’re very professional and with excellent professional service and customer service team. The technical assistance was so courteous and the owner also very humble. I have changed some components and after a while I had gone back again for some other mechanical assistance. They are kind enough to fix that for free of charge since I was their existing customer. I felt so happy the way they handled the existing customer. Anyone reading this must not have a second choice of opting another shop for their electronics buy, sale, repair needs. The service was exceptionally good. I was extremely impressed by how quick they were at fixing my laptops and how kind they were to pick and drop them. Very reasonably priced as well. Overall 10/10 experience. Would strongly recommend to everyone. Keep up the great work
