The quality of the job is awful, and the price is two times more expensive than other contractors. I accepted to work with sabir maintenance because i wanted something perfect, but at the end and arguing with Salman, he said perfection has different meaning for everyone. I will upload pictures of the final hand over of the project, when i gave him all the money. And after arguing for 1 day they came back and fixed 10% of the problems. In my opinion it is far from perfect, also I asked him to return 30% of the total amount but he refused, and now i brought another contractor to finish the job. Now that I have brought another contractor, I can see that sabir maintenance (Salman) has scammed me cause, and they haven’t even painted the walls correctly. Be aware.
