I did some research into various companies in the Dubai/Abu Dhabi area that did house painting and maintenance/handover painting. My research came down to 2 companies and I am a consumer that judges a product on it's packaging...I feel like, if they care about their packaging (in this case their website) then they care about their product. Clean Finishers has a very user friendly website that is clear to understand with consumer reviews to read along with it. We were shifting apartments from a townhouse in al Ghadeer to an apartment on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. We communicated with someone on the Clean Finishers team via WhatsApp, asked many questions and their customer service was very patient. We felt confident that this was the right team for our needs. We first had them paint individual walls in our new apartment. For me, this was a little nerve wracking because I know how difficult dark walls (dark grey in this case) are to paint and how difficult edging is to get right. The Clean Finishers team definitely has different techniques then I have ever used, but they got the job done and the final result is better than I expected! The second job we hired them for was to take care of our handover maintenance painting in our old townhouse. Of course, there were holes and small damages to the walls which they took care of with ease and they took the time to make sure that our unit looked like new again. They did an excellent job and we got our full deposit back (even though the handover agent investigated thoroughly to try to get us) I wish there were 1/2 stars in the ratings because I would actually rate them 4.5 / 5 stars...only because I believe there is always room for improvement with any business. I recently hired CleanFinishers to paint my apartment, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience. The level of unprofessionalism and incompetence displayed by this painting service was beyond belief. Firstly, CleanFinishers did not complete the job properly during their initial visit. Not only did they fail to meet the agreed-upon standards, but they also had the audacity to demand additional payment upon completion. Reluctantly, I paid the extra amount, hoping it would ensure a better outcome. To my dismay, when they returned to finish the job after being paid more, the situation only worsened. Instead of improving, CleanFinishers managed to make a mess of my apartment, dirtying my house even more. It was astonishing to see that they couldn't clean the new items I had just bought, demonstrating a lack of care and attention to detail. I provided CleanFinishers with clear instructions about the colors I wanted for my walls, assuming a professional painter would get it right. However, I was shocked to find out that they had used the wrong color. It's disheartening to hire a service that claims to be professional with years of experience, only to discover that I had to point out such basic mistakes. When I confronted CleanFinishers about the errors, they became defensive and even had the audacity to suggest that I was being too meticulous. This is unacceptable behavior for a service industry, especially when the quality of work is so far below the standard one would expect from a professional painter. I attached a couple of pictures to this review out of the 30 that highlight the shoddy work and lack of attention to detail. It is clear that CleanFinishers lacks the necessary skills and professionalism for this job. To add to the disappointment, CleanFinishers abruptly left while I was discussing the issues with them and their driver. This further exemplifies their lack of accountability and disrespect for the customer. I strongly advise against hiring CleanFinishers for any painting job. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal. Look elsewhere for a professional and reliable painting service that values their customers and takes pride in their work.

My honest feedback - STAY AWAY. You would LOSE your money. I had to file a DED complaint and yet to receive my refund. A paint job request turns out to be a worst nightmare for me. You cannot reach them on their mobile phone and the rep gives excuses. I am not sure about other reviewers. Looking at other reviewers I should have first read their comments before spending for the paint job. Well, it is not even started and apparently they don't want to refund as well. You will get all excuses as in Today is not possible, Security at their place would fine them for non-working day etc. Avoid them at all cost and DONT ever pay ADVANCE so you are safe. Edit latest- didn’t get my refund as of today. Plus the comment the owner wrote is false he didn’t even provide the service which he claims. He didn’t buy the materials. I cancelled the service because I first transferred AED 300, then he started giving excuses that he can’t come on Saturday and Sunday which he agreed previously and then I told provide my refund. He didn’t even given an invoice. So as I said stay away from These company.
