They checked my brand new samsung washing mashine because of an Error. 1. They told me they are authorised Samsung technicals, that was a lie. 2. He told me the pump is broken and needs to be replaced, was a lie too. 3. They told me 'no guarantee' for Samsung, and we need to pay, that was also a lie. Carefull, they try to trick you! The reason of the Error by the way was a simple wrong installation, by Noon Delivery. Be careful, service providers are often unqualified.
