Definitely the most helpful and reliable service in Dubai. Really proactive, clear on all the details of the process and quick to proceed. It has been 3 times I am using their service for iPhone battery / screen / issues and I am never disappointed.

Incredibly OverPriced & Poor Workmanship

I reached them to replace my IPhone 11 broken screen,
I went for the cheaper option 350AED
After 1 month the screen popped out of the phone body.
I reached them again, they charged me 50AED for gluing it back.
But the screen quality was terrible, I couldn’t see anything if I was wearing my Polarized sunglasses. & the colors were far from the original.

Later after I t popped out again from the body, I went to ( Minutes ) & I got a great deal for a new screen and new Battery for only 400AED .

& the new screen is perfectly fine, the colors looks exactly like the original & it has no issues with the Sunglasses.
The battery also performing great.

Now after more than 6 months using ( Minutes ) spare parts on my phone, I didn’t feel anything wrong & no popping out like before.

I understand that you are trying to defend your Company, but that is not giving you the right to think that you know my personal/work schedule !

If I said it popped out after one month “ which was highlighted to your personal “
It doesn’t mean at all that I have to get it back to you immediately, specially if I was out of UAE.
& for that I didn’t negotiate a bit for re-gluing price .

I was clear enough to share the mail screenshot, which made it easy for you to identify my case .
But please be humble & don’t use it against me with the dates which I provided you.

& even though you couldn’t reply on the overpriced/poor quality of your spare parts.

Fake spare parts and Extremely bad customer service!

Don’t fall into the Google trap of finding Fixerman for convenience purposes.

I wanted to change the back glass of my iPhone 13 Pro, which I had for 5 months with a small crack in the back, I thought it taking it to fixerman thinking that they had good reviews - I only wish I had read their negative reviews and noticed what bad service and fake products they offer.

I decided to change the back screen glass which took them a whole day to repair, only to notice that I’ve received it with no flashlight working and the magnetic ability to charge the phone was not working. They scheduled another visit 2 days later to fix the issue. The phone has been with me for 5 days and fell off a very small distance and the back glass cracked even though it was in a protective OTTER case.) I realized that they had used fake glass for the back! When confronted them that I had paid 350 aed for an OEM product replacement they said that they don’t replace physical damage and that they had told me that they don’t use Apple products!! (They never mentioned that to me)!!

How could I trust such a company again, regardless of whatever monetary value they charge me! The phone barely fell, it is chipping not only cracked (see photo) I cannot remove the protective case because it will fall off! Spare your money and fix your device with Apple directly! They’re HORRIBLE..

I have been a regular customer with Fixerman and have always been satisfied with their work. This time, I used them for my iPhone 14 Pro back glass replacement. As always, they were prompt in giving me the quote, and after agreeing, they offered their standard free pick-up and drop-off. However, when I received the phone, I was not happy with the installation. There were some damages to the camera bezel, and the back glass was not a proper fit. I immediately raised my concerns. Here was the impressive part: they did not give any silly excuses but arranged for a pickup to fix all the damages. I wasn't sure how they would do it since the bezel is part of the phone body and is made of stainless steel. Nevertheless, they insisted that they could repair it and took the phone the very next day. They delivered it within the same day with the entire back housing changed. My phone is now literally brand new, and I have never been happier to choose Fixerman for my repairs. Mistakes can happen, but they addressed it in a hassle and stress-free way. I really appreciate them and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs!

I was here at the office of Fixerman at Sobha Ivory this morning as yesterday evening I made a call asking about to repair my samsung phone. They said they will open tomorrow at 9am. Currently the clock now is 9.51am and I keep asking the security what time actually the technicians come. Still no one shows up. Very dissapointed!

I went to them for a broken speaker repair and they opened my phone and asked for a price much higher than the asking. And then they closed my phone back while damaging the screen. My phones screen was fully working and now i cant even use my phone. What pathetic service is this?

Last year, I gave them my Rog phone 5 to change the screen which they did though it wasn’t damaged had cracks near the screen. Later, the phone screen display was broken which I booked an appointment with them but later they returned the phone in a worse condition and denied tampering with the phone’s screen even when it’s very obvious that they did. The phone that was switched on and fully charged before I handed it over to them can’t switch on again yet they denied opening the device. LIARS!! I’m highly disappointed in them because I thought they were honest and can be trusted. How I wish I never gave them my phone for repair.

My experience with fixerman is not a one-off thing. Over the course of 3 years, I've had the screen of my pixel 7 pro broken and fixed by them, twice. And both times, the service has been nothing been exemplary. Kudos to the team for open communication, and excellent coordination. Their free pick up and drop service is commendable too. Highly recommend for all problems related to smartphones.
