Absolutely horrible experience with them. I called and asked for inspection and a quote and the team that came made so much mess, caused electrical tripping several times, damaged lights in my place and water pressure from taps changed. I discovered these things right after the team left. I tried to call them and messaged them and no response. Then, I got in touch with Roshini, the lady that i spoke with before and she said she will get back to me and then I didn't hear from her. After I messaged her to schedule a time for the team to come fix the things they ruined and I'm still waiting till now. I have received a message from Roshini saying the team is fully booked the next three days and not giving a time for when they can come. I have also sent an email with photos and evidence to at least 5 members of the organization that were on cc for the quote and asked the email to be forwarded to a senior manager and for a manager to call me and resolve this ASAP but received no response. Very disappointing that in Dubai at this time there could be such an unethical and unprofessional company. I will be raising the issue with Consumer Rights Complaints dept but stay clear of this company
I recently had the pleasure to obtain service maintenance company (Repara)to rectify the AC issues in my apartment, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. The technicians arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and explained the necessary repairs clearly and understandably. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality work were evident throughout the job.
I suffered badly because of this weather condition and rain damaged my villa's Electrical lines and sockets. I called Repara and the team was professional, clean and had a best trouble shooting solution for my 45+ year old Villa's electrical lines. i strongly recommend this company to all villas location in Abu Hail.
