Al Zubair is by far, the best computer place in all of the UAE, their team is very professional and supportive. Even when the laptop had a manufacturer problem they fixed it immediately in the shop and were very understanding and collaborative. My experience with them and with Mr. Umair and Mr. Hamza is worth way more than 5 stars.

Got the brand new computer from Al Zubair via Carrefour first it was faulty then the fixed the issue. Now received notification Windows need to activate. Seems not Genuine products

I am a frequent traveler and I've met all kinds of customer services but the service of AL Zubair computers is the highest. Good computers, cheap prices and a customer care that is beyond your imagination. Thank you AL Zubair. You made my day.
They have not trusted laptops and they are not supporting after sale. If you have issue in the product, they will not support or fix it even if your device under warranty. Not recommended at all.
