Fast, fair and affordable. I've been using this mechanic shop for over 6 years and they have always delivered on their promise. They go extra mile to collect and deliver the car to your location if you are busy and cannot visit them. Would highly recommend this auto shop!

If I could give this place no stars I would, they are extremely dishonest, unprofessional and the owner or the manager was very unprofessional . We took our car to this shop for a paint job. We agreed on the price and timing. A few days later when we arrived to pick up our car, we were shocked to see it coming out of another garage that we had already seen earlier and didn't like their work and decided not to go with them. So basically Ready To Go took our car to this other garage and performed the work. This other garage was 200 AED cheaper than Ready To Go, so they basically Ready To Go didnt do the work! The car wasn’t polished, the manager or the owner explained that this wasn’t included in the quote, WHAT??? Since when polish is a separate charge from the paint job as a whole. To top it off the manager didn’t want to give us the car saying that we agreed on a different price when our paper work shows the price we were willing to pay. He didn’t want to release the car until he gets his price (which was 50 AED) higher than the agreed upon price. We had to get the police invovled to finally get our car. Stay away from this shop if at all possible.
Very pleased with the remarkable knowledge, quality of service and professionalisam lead by Mr. Shafeer and his team.Thier service for Ford vehciles operate at par with Al Tayer agency, and I must say that my experience was exceptionally positive. The level of knowledge, transparency and reasonable approach demonstrated by Mr. Shafeer was truly commendable. I highly recommend connecting with Shafeer for any car related needs.
Worst is a compliment very bad service after reparing the gearbox after spending 5 k including warranty i b ing back my car to fix and the owner said they will not accept because if there is any wire problem is not covering …. What ?? Don’t bring your car they will finish to make it worst major job they can’t make it and always finding an excuse and they are very slowly … if you bring them the car you always need to go back because they will destroy it very unprofessional don’t come across the client that spend a lot of money worst meccanic in dubai
