Good service
I have changed my battery in GMS shop, however the battery is not working and dies within one hour. I went back and they refused to change it even though the technician has informed me that in case of any issue related to the battery i can get back and take needed action but they refused and said that the technician has left to his country and we cannot help unless he comes after 10 days which will be very long time for me as battery is not working and been impacted due to defect in the battery they installed for me. Actually, the service was not professional and the staff their were careless to my issue and clearly refused to show responsibility for that at all even though i told them that my work is related to my phone but they did not even care. Regret the service with GMS store.
I went to put a screen protector on my phone but the day after the protector was coming out so I went back to them and they refused to fix it again .they where so rude to me . I would advice other people not to go there to fix there phones.Just imagine I my 70aed is gone and the screen protector is out.
Not good service provider stuff behavior vary rode yesterday I come from shop to put screen protector my Samsung s22 ultra after put screen protector my phone fingerprint not is working I pay 90aed I ask why not working fingerprint thy said use face lock and very very rode behavior
