I think the service for customers coming through insurance claim is rude and disappointing. I called to inform about the car repairing and instead of asking details, the person said that they don't take any cars now in a rude manner and to bring the car only after 4th Dec (after a week). Do they behave in the same manner for non-insurance claim customers? Regent team, pls provide training to your team how to handle & treat customers

Initially they said it would take three or four days. Then it became a week. Then two weeks. Then it took more. When I got the car, I found that my tire had been damaged by the puncture. There were also new scratches.

The worst car service in Dubai! I contacted a car repair shop under insurance and waited three weeks to leave the car for minor repairs and painting of the front bumper. The repair took three times longer than what was promised in the service and the car was not completely repaired, they forgot to seal the radiator plastic and said that the part was ordered and needed to wait three weeks.Three months have already passed and they are ignoring my requests and calls. The car was returned in worse condition than it was before the minor accident. They drilled extra holes in the bumper and painted it so badly that the putty began to fall off after one week of using the car. During the repair, other parts of the car were scratched, such as the hood and doors, all due to improper storage of the car and irresponsible attitude.

They actually did a great job on my car. Left a few scratches here and there but all good. I had an accident and the insurance gave me a list of garages to visit. I chose Regent because they had the highest rating online, and I think it was the right choice. The contact they gave me at first was Ali, but he wasn't actively responding to my messages. I called them and they gave me another contact, Nikhil. He was really responsive and helpful. Their place is also bigger than most garage and it's clean. Not sure of their charges and how it compares to others, but I might try them again if I have any car issues in the future. Thank you!

Took my car to regent based on reviews and my insurance after someone drove into my car. Notified them about picking up my car just to find it parked outside in the sun and sand and with scratches that was not there before. Only when I arrived they started cleaning it. Outside parked in the sand and sun for 4 days. Not acceptable especially for what you pay in insurance. Have it ready for collection and not start when a customer arrives. Disappointed and Dissatisfied.

Very bad experience at all, delay of work, water leak after the maintenance inside the trunk (while washing or rain), tail light replaced very dirty used parts. i never go again or recommend to any one.
