Contacted them about some repairs for my car, they asked for a report which I sent. They never replied. If their sales team is unresponsive I cannot imagine what would happen if I gave them my car.
Edit: They replied saying that they had 'no communications with me'. I have whatsapp logs of our conversations with them. This is making it even worse..
Despite all the great reviews, which drew me to this place, I had a terrible and costly experience. Careless garage!
Did a pre purchase inspection, they told me only minor things have to be done and they would recommend me to buy the car.
Now a few months later, the transmission is slipping and major parts of the suspension need to be replaced.
Do not believe their friends fake reviews
Oh, my car was at their place 10 days they could fix one problem which the solution was suggested to me by another garage, but they were very careless with that time and performing slowly, not communicating with me when I asked about my car.
After the 10 days the car was at the garage just to check where some sound is coming from.
Unfortunately, they still couldn’t figure out the source of the problem, and the way they diagnose problem by telling you purchase this part and let’s see if the sound will disappear
