I came to this workshop on a trusted friend’s recommendation — and I’ll be recommending it to my good friends just the same. This place truly stands out. The quality of work is excellent, and agreed timelines are respected (delays, if any, come from parts supply, not the team itself). Special respect to Osama, the manager — it’s rare to see someone in this industry so passionate and committed. Wishing continued success to this great team!

I had a disappointing experience with this garage. I entrusted them with my VW Tiguan for a fuel pump replacement and requested a full inspection since I was selling the car. They took four days, citing delays in receiving the part from Sharjah.

When I picked up the car, only the fuel pump had been replaced, while other issues like a coolant leak, oil leak, and sunroof problems were ignored. They assured me the car was in perfect condition, but the coolant leak warning appeared the same day.

Lack of transparency and thorough inspection made this experience frustrating. I had to seek another mechanic to properly fix the car.

I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience. I entrusted my car to Prime Garage on Saturday and received it back on Tuesday, with proof of service. Despite my request for a full inspection and resolution of all issues. A subsequent inspection by company revealed issues that were overlooked. Fortunately,This another company was able to resolve them promptly. My intention in sharing this review is not to place blame but to encourage improvement for future customers. I hope the Prime Garage team takes this feedback constructively and enhances its service. Wishing you success in your future endeavors.

I had my car issue with the oil leak and coolant leak and some other issue of my car. Thanks to this garage they great a good job and worth for the price i paid in compare to the other garage that was asking for their price for this type of repair is far expensive. Kudos to Mr. Osama and to the team. 👍👍👍 I already recommend this garage to my company for our company car services and they did as well. Good job everyone. For my next service i will come back to this garage again.

I recently had my car repaired at Prime Auto repair and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results! After an unfortunate incident, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the team went above and beyond to not only restore my car but make it look even better than before. The attention to detail and quality of the work is outstanding—every aspect was handled with precision. What really stood out to me was the amazing communication from the team. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and were always available to answer any questions I had. I went to this shop to check if the skid plate I got is suitable for my car, without any hesitation even if they’re fully booked earlier today, Osama found a way to accommodate me and finished the installation with the help of his experienced employee. Kudos to Osama for being so nice and for being so proactive at the same time. Superb service! Will definitely go back for other services and refer this shop to my friends and family.

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS GUY

You cannot deny that I dealt with you because I have attached the invoice. You are one of the worst mechanics I have ever dealt with in my life you overcharge your customers you never stick to your promises and you make a malfunction to their vehicles without taking full ownership, and you only make a move whenever someone calls you a million times.

Guys do not take your car to this guy because he will take so long to repair it and if he ever did he will overcharge you and promise you to fix it properly when he does not

So I took my Chevrolet to this garage and I have ended up with nothing but a far much worse car than what I took there! The guy,Osama as he calls himself likes to argue and never takes responsibility of what he has done. He claimed to have done a “full engine overhaul” of my car but only replaced a few parts and DID NOT GIVE WARRANTY of any of the parts even after I asked!!! After this repair (TOOK A WHOLE MONTH) the car ran only for a day and it broke down,guess what? Engine problem! Took it back again and after a whole other month of back and forth and never ending excuses,moved the car to a different garage only to find missing parts of the car and some parts like the window and lights not functional! As usual, he blamed it on me and the other garage yet the photos I took were for the same day the car was delivered!!! Well, maybe it’s just me but BUYER BE WARE! Worst experience ever with a garage.

The worst Garage ever, Cheaters, Sent them my car to fix it from one issue in the engine got it back with many issues in the brakes and changed the tires and gearbox has an issue also and gave my car to another client to use after fixing while every time i go and ask about my car i found it’s not at the garage.

Very bad service and Osama is an extremely untruthful person who charged me huge amounts, but left certain parts unfixed, and even broke additional parts. Never gives on time, very ingenuine. I'm surprised he's surviving Dubai standards. Reading comments of others who've given a lower rating, I've noticed that this guy replies extremely rudely and merely says the rater is not their client. I won't be surprised if he does the same to this review!
