Changed parts not necessary plus wrong size of bushings, resulting in a non drivable car. Came with one issue, left with 2 new ones plus old one now solved.

Dropped my car off for a bumper repair. They made it look brand new, actually unbelievable how good they did it. Definitely recommend this garage.

I went to this company after they advertised their opening in the hope that I might find a competent and professional garage to work on 4 of my cars. I DID NOT! After having my car for weeks on end it was returned to me with more faults than when it left me, the washing and cleaning was shameful and a bill for Dhs 4,500. The radio and sub woofer no longer work and work that was asked to be done was not. Needless to say, I would not recommend them!

I wish i can give them Negative but can’t worst place to repair the car they have no idea abt the GMC or American cars

Very shaddy business. Be warned that most reviews here are fake and paid reviews from fake accounts. You can spot them easily.

Anyhow, I just got my porsche cayenne serviced here. I live in RAK city and there are literally millions of Auto garages near my place in Al Nakheel. However, I wanted hassle free and professional service so i drove for 30 minutes to come here.

I am utterly disappointed with their service and result. My car was driving 100% fine and with no issues. I got major service done in Dubai in April 2022 and fixed all issues. I came here for oil and filter change only. However after service they suggested me further issues which required 16k out of no where. Next day, out of no where, my car over heated in a parking lot and broke down on because it had no coolent. I was with family and had to tow it back to workshop. When i confronted the mechanic he didn't accept his fault and neither he told me the reason of how coolent evaporated after service.

I paid premium price for a simple job but ended up fixing my car from other mechanics in RAK. Will not come here again as i do not trust their practices.

Now one week after the service my car's economy has dropped significantly and i have founf another cracked pipe in the car. If you love your car then avoid the shady business.

Went 3 times, 3 times disappointed experience.

First parts can not be ordered for Mercedes
For keep they tried to sell me parts which are not needed for the car.
Didn’t test drive the car, and after I picked the car up, a new bigger problem appeared, while the main problem was not solved too.
Not recommending this workshop at all.
Be aware of what parts they sell you, and if it is really needed. !
