17-07-2024 I have an update for the below review. I was contacted by Mr. Mohammed who went into the extra trouble for getting a test drive for me in Ajman. He was kind enough to send the vehicle to Ajman to do a test drive thereby justifying my time. He was very professional and for that matter I am changing it from a 1 star to a 5 star review. I am confident now in getting a Honda vehicle as I do not have any doubt for their services. Once again thank you very much Al Futtaim and Mr. Mohammed. I had the worst and the most callous attitude in this showroom. I was planning to buy the Pilot and had requested for a test drive a week before to Ms. Mariam and I was told that the slot is booked for Saturday 13 July 2024. We are traveling from Ajman and upon reaching there I was told that there is no vehicle for the test drive. The agent Mariam was not at all professional and she took the whole situation light heartedly not understanding the value of a customer's time. With such experience I can only imagine the attitude should I go forward with the purchase. Extremely poor service, personnel and attitude Honda Ras Al Khaimah.

These staff at Rak donot care about the quality customer service but only how to scam their costumers. For example, selling acdelco battery, or Cheap chinese Wheel bearing at Honda oringinal price or they recommend very expensive part replacement but never care about oil leaking
