Best service ever in Dubai. Most probably this is the best and most efficient service I got from a service company in Dubai since I came over 30 years ago. The guy came to check the machine, took it to his warehouse, and brought it back working perfectly in less than two hours... amazing. The service technician knows his job well and I will recommend them anytime. So refreshing to see that there are still companies that know what service is all about. They are very affordable too. Great job!

He was very helpful attentive and scheduled a visit immediately to repair our washing machine. He had a very nice and trustworthy approach, he did not ask for any payment until the work was completed. Only after we tested the machine and make sure it was working well did he ask for the payment. Its incredible and to find people that work on trust these days.

I want to warn all users about this unethical company. I used them for a fridge repair recently. They said the compressor needed replacement and charged me 750 AED, promising a 3-month warranty on all repairs. However, the refrigerator was delivered three days late, and despite paying in cash, they refused to provide an invoice, claiming they had run out of bill book pages. Even after a week and repeated requests, they still didn't provide the invoice.

Ten days after the repair, the fridge stopped cooling again. When I contacted them, they initially said they were on their way but then stopped responding to my calls and messages. They scheduled another appointment for the next day but failed to show up again. Ultimately, they never addressed my complaint.

I eventually bought a new fridge, but when I tried to sell the repaired one, several merchants informed me that the previous repair was a temporary workaround that wouldn’t last. The bypass they created was a short-term fix.

Advice:

- Don’t trust the reviews posted here; many are fake.
- Always contact the authorized service center for your brand, as they are often cheaper and more reliable.
- If you decide to proceed with this company, don’t pay anything until you receive the invoice. Without it, your warranty claim will be worthless.

It took only 1 day from pick up to delivery. Well priced and professional service. Highly recommended

They were suppose to fix the machine being noisy, and after getting it back it was covered with scratches, and after a week the noise came back. So not only it was damaged from the outside, but the issue wasn't fixed as well

Now the owner of this company commented that I am sharing fake reviews, and the technician who was suppose to come and fix what they messed up asked me to remove my review. They won't fix my machine unless I remove my review

This company is a scam They scam me. They didn't fix well my washing machine When I ask to come and check they never came in the beginning they said they're coming at the end never arrived. I give up calling. At the end my washing machine is not fix well. And they're rude plus they charge very expensive in compere with other companies. Plus they asked me to put nice coment because they're full of bad comments. Please don't call this company you will be disappointed.

Warning: AVOID them at all costs! Their incompetence is beyond belief. Read negative reviews first as they post fake positive ones!

My contact was Danish Ali, they botched a simple fridge repair by installing the wrong parts and then had the audacity to claim it was fixed, which it wasn't. To add insult to injury, they damaged the fridge during transport and shamelessly denied any responsibility. But most egregious was their electrical work - it was a disaster waiting to happen, a serious fire hazard that endangered my home. This company is not just unprofessional; they are a liability. Do not let them anywhere near your appliances.

REVIEW UPDATE: In response to the company's reply, I will not take down the review because not only you are refusing to take accountability, you are also endangering people's lives. And no one should be exposed to your carelessness.

They replaced the compressor with a junkyard AC compressor that is not even suitable for a fridge use. They altered the electrical wiring, and also Samsung has inspected the fridge and refused to do any repairs because it was a fire hazard. I had to throw away the fridge because of them.
