DO NOT DEAL WITH THOSE GUYS !!!!! Worst company i have ever delt with .. they dont keep their word first they said we are going to deliver next day then 3 days they kept me waiting and home and didn deliver .. when they took my tv they said its a backlight issue u need to pay 500 dirhams and 50 for a visit .. they told me its taking time because we are testing .. they brought me the tv back said its working however the right side of screen colors are not working .. and when i told them my tv is not working they said u need to pay 500 for backlight that we changed .. they dun care if the tv is not working .. they dont care about their customer .. all they care is to scam people .. and when i told them i will make google review they said it does not affect the businesss

I gave them my TV for repair. Prior to me going there, I asked them if they can fix it as the TV did not have power , once I got the green signal from them. I went ahead and delivered the TV. 2 days later they call back saying I needed a new motherboard for the TV and said AED 450 to repair and 1 month warranty. Got the TV back after repair and it lasted 2 hours and there was smoke coming from the TV. It was so bad to the point the room had to be ventilated.

Called them back to tell them what had happened, they gave me all sorts of excuses . Told me to bring the TV back, but I'm not going to bring it back after reading all the reviews on Google. I already know what their response is going to be and I can't waste anymore time on them. I still sent them a message to give them a second chance and I was not surprised when they never bothered to reply or read my messages.

Long story short. BEWARE do not take your electronic devices to them . You will be ghosted once they take your money and their warranty is obviously a scam .

You will be lucky if you get a working device back which lasts longer than their claimed warranty period.

I recently repair my smart phone and want to share my experience after using it for a month. The phone I repair it have battery issue after replacement battery. The battery life is improved. Lasting up to 2 days on single charge. Used original spare parts, long battery life, I' d give 5 stares for best repairing centre.

Mister Akbar is an underrated legend. He fixed my Tannoy 502 Studio Monitor speaker. He had even repaired the mighty Barefoot Sound Studio, see photo attached for part. The gentleman is honest and highly knowledgeable and professional.

The worst repair service I have dealt ever! If there was minus evaluation for reviews, I would give -5!! My new LED TV had a crack on the screen one month after purchasing, I contacted them they said they can repair and collected TV in Nov 2022. During replacement of screen they have damaged their spare screen as per their explanation. Since Nov 2022, they are expecting spare screen, it’s been 8 months now! I’ve requested my TV to be returned me a few days ago, they said they will but nothing received so far. You have to call them until you get an update, they are never getting back to you unless you push them. Huge disappointment!!!

They came and took the TV and paid AED 70 for that . Then promised that next day morning contacting me to inform the issue. But they didn’t when I called they said simply need to change the motherboard and it will cost AED 550. When I informed them not to repair as I got to know it want cost that much. They said they can’t return the TV until next day. Then I said I will come and collect it . When I was on the way to the shop they said don’t come your TV is non the wear house and promised by 10 in the morning they will deliver. Called many times now it’s 8 PM till now not delivered called many times and replying driver is on the way . Very unprofessional . Don’t know say about their report quality. But simply unresponsive and unprofessional keeping the customers waiting.

Went to fix LG screen as it had a blue tinge coming. I was told to pay 680 as it will be genuine replacement. Turned out the screen now had dull yellow shades. They kept tv for two weeks and said this is best we can do for replacement LED. With 4 months warranty- they did not honor it by saying we will put your old screen back (which In beginning they said is not possible after you replace it).
Unfortunately both service and warranty promise was not genuine. No one told me before committing AED 680 that screen will be yellow dull. Feel cheated.
