in Short, it’s a complete Scam, Unprofessional Company that will try to drain your money via multiple repair request. Stay Away!

I called them initially because my washing machine was leaking. I had previously checked it out myself and I saw where the water and soap were coming out, so I have a fair idea what needs to be done.
Their response was super-fast, and they sent a technician onsite to collect it the next day.
On that day, Malik called me and said it will cost 450AED to repair. I was ok with that, and I gave him the green light. During our call, I clearly asked him if he is sure they know how to repair it and what’s wrong with it, and he confirmed 100%.
The next day, he called me and said the machine was fixed and I asked him again, are you 100% confident that it is fixed. He said yes. Then I asked him, what if it leaks again when it’s here. He said it will be free of charge and he will bear full responsibility to take it back and fix it.
However, 2 days after delivery, the machine started leaking again. So, I tested it for a few extra days to see whether it was an overloading or extra soap that caused that. Still, it leaked.
After a few days, I received a message from Malik to rate him 5-star on google, but I told him I’m still testing the machine as it is leaking and I’m not confident. (picture attached).
He sent me a technician onsite the next day, who simply checked it from outside and trying to convince me that nothing is wrong with the machine and there is no water coming out.
I insisted and I told him, I’ll do a washing cycle the next day and take pictures if there were any leaks.
Guess what, I was right, he was wrong. The machine was leaking from exactly the same spot where I personally checked the very first time before sending it for repair (attached pictures).
Malik called me again the next day and requested extra money claiming that “the first repair” was a separate issue and now he needs more money to fix. Of course, we had a heated argument because he was responsible for fixing it from day-1.
It seems we were going down to a money-draining path where they claim to fix something, get paid, then pretend another issue arose to claim money.

That was it for me!

Do not use this company! Reviews must be fake. They came and insisted to take my washing machine then tried to charge me for PC board when there was nothing wrong with it. I informed them there was nothing wrong with it and they quoted me over 1000 Dirham. So basically they wanted to take a perfectly fine LG pc board and charge me for a new one as well. When I pointed this out they said sorry maybe was a mistake. . Do not let these guys take your washing machine. You’ve been warned

They are absolutely FRAUDULENT. took washing machine and basically charged aed 1000 for changing parts (1800 is new machine cost). within a week after fixing it, things broke down and they charged aed 200 again (even though this came with a 2 year warranty). 3 weeks later, we are back to same problem and they do NOT pick up our calls anymore. AVOID THIS SCAM!

They are scammers, you can't deal with them. They took my refrigerator, they said they would do an inspection, they brought it back in 10 days, they said everything would work fine, they took the payment right away without waiting for me to check it. in fact, the gilder still hasn't been fixed, we've been calling them for a week but they ignore us and don't want to fix it. I will ask the police for help

This company is great, very professional , super fast service with reasonable prices. My dishwasher was taken and dropped back fixed within 24 hours Would highly recommend

This electrical repair shop fixed my oven in no time! We needed it done before Iftar, and they showed up within an hour and got it working again in one hour. Every other shop we called said they will take the oven to their workshop and return it the next day. But this team fixed it on the spot at our home—and the price was reasonable too. I highly recommend them. They’re reliable, punctual, honest about what needs to be done, and very easy to deal with.

Well sent my washer/dryer for repair, at first they said rotor and pc board problem, so I paid and replaced new parts. then after delivery we tested and the noise was so loud. they left and told us to just call them again. then afterwards I called and message them more than 10 times with no response. I sent and showed them the performance of the machine and now they told me that drum is broken. then informed me to pay them again for 500 on top of 400 I paid previously. This company is a joke, just don’t call them you may find your appliance with lots of problems that you will regret that you should have bought new one. I would consider this repair as scam.

Update: They went home 2 weeks ago and repair again. Now same issue and problem not solved. total waste of money. be warned.
