Bad service
Fantastic store for hi-fi audio components. I've now set up two different sound systems at home, bought pretty much everything from Pult (floorstanding speakers, bookshelf speakers, amps, receivers, WiiM streamers, cables). They have a great collection of brands (Dali, Klipsch, Sonos, Emotiva, etc.) and have a solution for all price ranges. Alex has a lot of experience and has been super helpful with suggestions and practical advice for setting up a great sounding system at home. The delivery was super quick as well. Will surely continue buying from these guys, since clearly once you start buying audio gear, there's no end to it!
Great little store and very competitive prices for Dubai. Constantine was super helpful and knowledgeable. Ended up buying a SVS sub to finish my setup. And on the plus the store smells better than some spa’s if been to in Dubai 😂😂 Thanks guys 🙌🏻
I’ve been wanting to replace my Monitor outdoor speakers so called them. Initially they were helpful but now I’m really having to chase and follow up for responses. They claim same day delivery but they also said they don’t install, and it’s been a week and I haven’t received confirmation that I can buy the speakers. I’m ready to buy but now considering another brand.
Really grateful to Alex and colleagues at Pult for arranging my sound accessories supply at short notice. Also happy with their responsiveness to all queries. Finally, was highly impressed with the array of products in Pult Electronics Showroom on Dh Zayed Road!
Store inventory and website inventory doesn't match, website advertises something that's not available either in store or online! Time wasters!!
Thanks Konstatin, my Emotiva BasX TA1 was delivered promptly at 3 pm and has been in review since then. Sounds excellent, I am currently testing each input and while some sources sound better than others, overall delighted with the Emotiva!
