Extremely bad and worst customer service. Not polite, no level and no professionalism. Not honest and don’t do their job! I gave my ipad to be fixed, i paid for the original screen, i got the worst one in the market, and plus they even made my ipad worse! First time i gave it to them, they gave me back an ipad with bug air bubles on the screen, and saying they can not do anything.
After arguing with them, they decided to work on it because the knew from the beginning the body was bent. All other shops they know how to fix back case of the ipad except them... I stayed 3 hrs with them to give me a screen doesn’t work at all. After returning it second time, I have been asked to leave it and they would call me in 2hrs. 5hrs later no call, I was the one calling, and They were not answering my phone calls. Don’t go to them, not honest at all these people

I am so satisfied. I got trouble in my iPhone (keep restarting) and i visited more than three stores, every technician says that they cannot fix without loosing my all information inside the phone. After that one of my friend suggested me this shop , so I go there and they fix my phone in a day without deleting any of my data. I am so glad you guys are save my life. Well experienced technicians also friendly and professional sales team.

I called to ask about the phone service and they confirmed it can be done. I drove 45 mins only to be told it cannot be done and that they’re sorry for my troubles. It’s a waste of time to service your phone here. Not sure what the positive reviews are about.

I had an excellent experience at this mobile repair shop! My iPhone X had a cracked screen and some software issues. The staff was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They fixed my phone quickly, and it’s now working perfectly. The prices were reasonable, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend this place for any phone repairs!

The most unprofessional and unreliable company ever!

A few months ago I did a huge mistake and went to that company to change only the cracked back screen of my iPhone 12 Pro. When I came back to pick up my phone I was informed that they had to change also the main screen which they accidentally damaged while replacing the back screen! They assured me that they replaced it with the original screen (what a joke!) and I won't have any issues with it.
And yes everything was fine while I've been at the store but from the second day I've got touching issues with a screen, sometimes apps were opening by themselves, from time to time the phone was making random calls and I was not able to control it until I lock it or reload the phone. It was a total disaster, I wasn't able to use my phone normally and a week later I came back to the store but while I was there the phone was working normally so they reduced to do anything with it.

Then I went on vacation where my phone almost stopped working, the top part of the screen wasn’t working completely and a few days later the screen became half-black. No need to say that my vacation was almost destroyed coz I couldn’t use my phone properly. When I came back to that store they started blaming me that I dropped my phone and that's why it's not working, they're literally trying to make you a fool and not ready to take any responsibility for their unprofessional mistakes. The only solution they offered me is to pay another 540aed for changing their screen which wasn’t working properly right from the beginning...so basically they wanted me to pay for their own faults...How funny is that?

These guys simply have no clue in what they are doing with expensive devices, they’re not professionals and not honest with their customers. When I went to another store I was told that the screen is certainly not original plus they did a very messy work inside the phone (missing stickers on the battery, glue all over the phone, missing screws etc) that's why everything was shaking inside the phone and obviously, it couldn’t be working normally after such a horrible job.

Apart from that, they don't even have a trading license placed anywhere in the store so I had to wait for another 30 minutes for their manager to come and show me a screenshot of the license from his phone. I had more than enough useless conversations with them and I will definitely stand for my consumer rights in the authority.

Better stay away from that place if you don’t want to waste your nerves, time, money and equipment there.
