I has received my car after 15 days from PAB AUTO GARAGE upon receiving the car from garage. I have notice upon opening the Dikky that back cover which support the back seat was broken (picture enclosed) with the impact of the accident occurred also one reverse light is not working which was fixed by garage.
Upon investigation with garage I have notice that Inside picture image of dikky was not provided to insurance company at the time of car inspection which was done by garage.
I was forced to sign the discharge form by the garage to release my car.
Unprofessional service from the garage and very rude behaviour from the staff not will to listen customer.
I recently contacted my car insurance for repairs after an accident and, based on the 4-star rating and over 600 reviews, chose PAB Auto. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
After coordinating with Mohamed from their insurance department and informing him that I’d be bringing my car, I was shocked to receive a WhatsApp message upon arrival, asking me to remove my car because "this is not a parking." Despite prior discussions confirming my visit, I was told there was no space.
To make matters worse, when I explained that my car's front windshield was completely gone (leaving it vulnerable to damage), I was met with further excuses. One colleague mentioned they were painting the shop and couldn’t take cars inside. Meanwhile, Mohamed cited personal breaks like lunch and prayer times, asking me to return later.
As a customer, I felt unheard and dismissed, forced to accommodate their conditions while dealing with unprofessional shouting and poor communication.
Given my firsthand experience, the 4-star rating feels highly misleading. If customer care and clear communication are priorities for you, I recommend reconsidering.
I recently got into a minor accident that caused damage to my car’s door, and I took it to PAB Auto Maintenance for repairs. Small problem with the lane assist sensor took them more than an hour and could not fix it until now. The problem was caused by windmaster after they replaced my front windshield, they sent me to PAB Auto Maintenance. I wasted total of 2 days going back and forth. It seems like both shops are incapable of doing new cars.

I had minor car accident and they had fix the car nicely no traces of the damages, when i requested extra work repair they gave a good charges fee.. they are so professional who provide good service..definitely i will visit your garage agai if i will need repair work. Unprofessional Handling of My Infiniti...It was an Accident Case under Insurance ..Very..Minor one.. they fixed the rear Bumper but unable to handle the Sensor Issue which was due to it only. I have been calling ROHIT, PRATIKSHA and PRAMITH since long to book apointment and leave Car for one last time with them ...but no luck and unnecessarily being dragged..
Zero STAR , Poor customer service, employees needs training how to converse with customers. Rather they are so disrespectful (Mr. Mohammed) that they make you feel that they are doing a huge favor on you by maintaining your fleet.
NO GO auto shop, will not recommend any one to take their vehicles for any kind of repair work. zero star company.
