Extremely bad service, took the dishwasher for two weeks plus now and no one has called back and when trying to call the number they give also they won’t reply back
I recently faced an issue with my washing machine – I lost the cover of the tray where we put the softener liquid. I reached out to Electrolux, the manufacturer, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. They guided me to the service center, where I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Abdul-Jabbar, the head of the spare parts department. He greeted me, provided the cover at no charge, offered me water, and made me feel very welcome. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ibrahim Hamzeh from customer service, who was equally warm and welcoming. When I expressed interest in leaving a review, Mr. Abdul-Jabbar introduced me to Mr. JV, who helped me navigate the process. I was truly impressed with the hospitality and exceptional customer service I received from the Electrolux team here in Dubai, UAE. I highly recommend the Electrolux team for their dedication and professionalism. If it were up to me, I would love to see the Electrolux team in a larger, more comfortable service center. The current space is enclosed and could be more presentable. It would be wonderful if they had a bigger, well-decorated office to match the high quality of service they provide. It’s the least they deserve for the kindness and care they show to their customers. Thank you.

Unprofessional customer service. Order for a part replacement (ID 971DU2409379) and approved the quotation to the technician Mr Abdul on Sep 24th. After that followed up 4 times, and everytime he told me parts are coming "Monday", "Thursday" , "Day after tomo" and so on. After losing hope, called the service center and they informed that Mr Abdul has closed the ticket in the backend! Complete unprofessional on service, but full professional on lying multiple times with no remorse. In the meanwhile, I am living with a fridge with a broken freezer door. They have no concern or care.
Washing machine repaired within a few days. Two visits, one to insect and another to bring the part.
