I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction following a recent job interview at your company. The interview was conducted by an employee who appeared to lack the fundamental skills required for such a process, displaying no understanding of how to properly engage with candidates. It is surprising that a reputable company like Njoum Al Jazeera would employ someone with such a lack of professionalism.
I don’t recommend to deal with this company 1-i shipped car from usa with this company in January till now i didn’t get anything it’s more then 2 month . when i called the customer service asked them about the car they didn’t know anything about the cars . 2- the second car it’s in the usa warehouse till now they didn’t ship the car more then 1 month the car in warehouse
Lots of promises but in reality is different. They make everything easy for you before they open the account once opened they don't care anymore. They say we sell your cars for you but the price they want to sell it for you can't even get it in copart and you have to agree with their price otherwise they won't keep the car with them when you to speak to the manger they will send you to customer service basically you have to talk to them through the app. I wouldn't recommend them.
Unprofessional and disappointing service from Supervisor “ Mr. Muhanad “ I had a very unpleasant experience with the supervisor in charge today. He was unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to listen. Not cooperative and gave me irrelevant examples that added no value to the conversation. He even met with me while handling another customer, rushed everything, and didn’t give me the opportunity to elaborate on my request. In the end, I left unsatisfied and he was leased bothered about losing me as customer!!! Ideally, A supervisor in charge, should be able to meet customer expectations. Listen to them and assist them with understanding and empathy or meet them half way. Make them feel important! I didn’t expect this kind of treatment from a company of this size and reputation. While I understand one person doesn’t represent the entire company, but it’s alarming to see a supervisor in charge, failing to deal with customers respectfully or professionally. I hope this feedback will be taken in constructive way and can help improve the quality of service.
